ea person have to file separate i-864 form, which means ea of ur parent have to make enough income in order to support you. ex, if ur step dad working, and ur mom doesnt, then only ur step dad can sponsor you, ur mom cant, by versa.

you can star calling the NVC daily until you get your IID numbers assign. When you calling nvc making sure you have the recipe number on hand before calling them.... calling around 9pm EST or later usually wait like 5min get you through.

PS: I wrote 2 and half pages how I met my wife, and how I spend my time with my wife even though we are half of the world apart lol

all the phone call logs, video call logs and take screen shot both face on your monitor screen, email, post cards, letters, photos of you too take together on a trip, or with family members or friends, wedding photos, all the recipes that both of you spend a night in the hotel, or on a field trip or tour. wedding invitation card, air line tickets and on board pass tub, visa of your trips go back and forth.


PS: all the above that what I sent along with my I130 package I dont get a RFE. and only take 44 days approved my application, I'm very lucky :)

Our NOA1 on 09/24 and receive letter said case transfer to another service center on 09/25. We just recently check on the USCIS site it

On November 8, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN.

But we still waiting for hard copy of NOA2 by mail. Be patient is the KEY... GL

1. Visa Application Fee:

2. Visa Photo: Two (2) full face color photographs for each applicant. Write your name and date of birth on the back of each of your photos. You may find more information on page 5 for photo specifications and a list of photo shops in Ho Chi Minh City.
3. Forms DS-230 Part I & II: Complete in English the Forms DS-230 Part I & II for each applicant listed in the appointment letter. You can also download the forms at http://travel.state....orms_1342.html. While completing the forms, please note:

You need to get a police clearance from Hongkong.  You will submit it on the day of your embassy interview.
