We did this when we filed our K-1. We did a letter from my mom and a letter from a friend who worked with us (we met eachother in the USA at work). K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	I-134 Change of job cant support?	He has stated that she is a pinay and is working the cayman islands so she will have her interview in Jamaica. Co-Sponsors are not a problem for JA and they will require the same paperwork as your affidavit of support (paystubs, bank statements, taxes usually 3 years back they like to see for JA, I-134 and so on). Does that make a difference? I am not included on his taxes for this year because he did not provide more than 50% of my support this past year (as per the IRS). K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Blue Slipped in Jamaica	My fiance had his interview today and we were blue slipped for a joint sponsor...but we already had one. My dad was our joint sponsor and he makes over 47,000 a year and had about 300,000 in assets proven on the I-134 that was at the interview. For a family of five (this is including my fiance) the 125% poverty level is 32,000. So either they "misplaced it" or never even looked at it! My question is can I just send my fiance with all my dad's things again? They kept all of our documents that we submitted today. They like seeing the stamps showing that the you were in the country and for how long for approval of the k-1 up here you need to prove that you have met in person in the two past years and are intending on getting married so phone bills and emails are really necessary until the interview but you can send them now too if it makes you feel better It sounds like you are all ready! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Phone Record Issue	Here is a list of the things that we brought for proof of ongoing relationship: -Photo album with pictures of us in America and Jamaica I put little captions with the dates at the bottom of each picture in the photo album at the interview they took the photo album and copied some pictures in it then gave it back -Plane ticket stubs and copy of passport showing stamps asked how many times I have gone to ja but didn't ask to see the documents -Phone records they never looked at, they just asked how we communicated -Letters and packages they didn't ask about -Moneygram/Western Union receipts they asked to see It is not hard as long as he knows what everything should be used for at the interview and just general questions, if you guys are missing something they would wanna see they would give you a blue slip to bring come back with the requested information. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Going thru us customs after visiting Jamaica	Ive never had a problem with customs in JA...always told them I was staying with my fiance and after the first trip they had it in their system his address and phone number and such so they didnt ask me any questions besides how long I would be in JA for. They will only try to find excuses if your relationship doesnt seem solid to them...the more proof and visits you guys have the better. My husband's medical was very easy and he needed no shots because he vaccination record was up to date. Nope they will tell him to come back to collect the results to bring to the interview. They may say things like everything looks good and such but they still have to process the blood and xrays so they make u come back to pick up the results. O wow that is nice to have it all together. We didnt even know how much to expect to pay when we went to the medical.
