K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NOA2 to Consulate referral	Hello, After receiving my acceptance of I-129f on March 19, I received the hard copy in the mail 3 days letter. On my notification it says it will be sent to the consulate listed. There was no consulate listed, so I'm assuming it is the one I listed on my petition? Also isn't is supposed to be sent to the NVC first and the consulate? Thanks and good luck to all! You should start calling the NVC soon to see where it's at. They will know. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	USCIS announced today 1 year timeline for K-1 Apps	Likely. It would help if CSC would report their stats for Feb & March I assume the average is calculated for the preceding 12 months, and as such, CSC had a really good slot within their last 12 months, keeping their average still at 6.6. I expect it's more like 8 months at present. +1 Although I think it is very likely that CSC wait times are going to get longer, it's not helpful to say that it is *definitely* a year based on one conversation. I would expect CSC to report this on their processing times before stating it as a blanket truth. The CSC probably will hold off reporting on Feb and March as long as possible. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Relax	I filed for K1 in June 2012... I knew, and I accepted the fact that it would be a long ride.... So I just waited... My fiancé' and I skyped several times a week, we sent text massages daily.. and we just waited... Of course I was upset at the 5 month mark.. we all are... but we just waited.. and we prepared our documents for the next step, and we spoke of our dreams for the future.... and in December we rec'd NOA2.... the prepared for our interview in Moscow in March.. and all went well..!!! So please, relax... it will all be done... prepare your documents, work on your relationships.... dreams to not come true overnight.. sometimes it takes 6 months, sometimes 12 months.... make your time productive... I painted bedrooms, cleaned the house, did some gardening.... and all will be fine... You are wise beyond your years batman. I'm just highly aggravated and impatient. My bad I guess. The government needs to be held accountable in all aspects of mismanagement...not just the USCIS. Someone in a previous post encouraged that we contact our congressional representatives, so I did. I've even thought of replying to the canned response from the ombudsman, and seeing what canned response I get from that. I'm happy for the November and December filers who can continue with their lives now. Mine is still in a holding pattern, as are all of us from October, September, August and July!
