China	Who here did NOT frontload their I-129F?	Evidence filed now with the petition will be available to the interviewing CO long before the beneficiary arrives at the consulate for their interview.   We supplied about 10 photos, a stack of emails, Skype logs, wedding invitations addressed to both of us, mail addressed to both of us, evidence of joint banking, airline boarding passes, hotel receipts, anniversary gift receipts, and the engagement ring receipt, along with all of the required documents.   When I arrived at the consulate, my case was already stamped 'APPROVED' in red. WAITING FOR NVC CASE NUMBER	So the CSC does NOT send notification that the application is forwarded to the NVC but the TSC does???   Yep, correct. The final update you will see from CSC is your NOA2. WAITING FOR NVC CASE NUMBER	ours were approved Oct 21 from CSC so i guess will wait a little more weeks... i hope our case status in USCIS website also change... it hasn't change since the approval...   We're the following day (Oct 22) from CSC so not planning on starting to call for at least another 10 or so days.   From what I have read, I don't believe the USCIS issues any further status updates post-NOA2 for cases at CSC. National Visa Center (Dept of State)	High Risk Countries! Submission of more Relationship Evidence at NVC stage!!!	If you didn't send much with the I-130 package, then in your case, I highly suggest you send whatever you have in the IV package. Remember, in a lot of cases, the CO has already made the decision on your case before you get to the interview. So, the more evidence you provide, the better your case will be.     Totally agree. We sent our secondary evidence to the NVC with our IV application.  And it seemed they had already reviewed what we sent and made their decision even before the embassy interview.  I was never asked more than 3 or 4 questions before approval . It's shocking how long they are took and we are still waiting! Did they ever tell u why they held your case back for so long? How did u find out it had been sent on? When we started learning more about this process, he withdrew his membership. He is not interested in the mission of the organization - as you know it is comparable to being part of the boy scouts here! I don't have any evidence to back this up, but I think you are better off discontinuing membership. This way if asked about it, you can say, "as a child in school, we were expected to join. Gracias de ante mano por la ayuda o Recopilacion de datos que puedan brindarme =) Bueno el 24 de agosto me aprovaron la peticion de la visa K-1 Gracias a Dios no me mandaron ningun (RFE)tomo un lapso de 3 meses con 2 semanas y 5 Dias masomenos de la N01 a la N02 Y bueno yo quisiera que ustedes me fueran explicando en detalle los próximos pasos a seguir, según sus experiencias personales... El dia 6 de setiembre me llego un papel dandome mi numero de caso en LIMA diciendo que mi novio resibira un paquete pronto ...Pero en si quieron que me vallan informando que es lo que sigue de ai ... que es lo que yo tengo que ir buscando o mandando a Lima y que es lo que mi novio tiene que ir juntando en Lima, y cuanto tambien de dinero se va a necesitar ahora ... y pues que es lo que mas le pediran a el denuevo aparte de todo el paquete que yo mande en la aplicacion de la visa..osea me refiero a las pruevas y todo lo que pedieron en un principio ... Gracias por todo espero y me puedan ayudar ...me mandaron aqui para poderles preguntar en español ya que mi ingles aun no es del todo bueno ... Mexico, Latin & South America	affidavit support! ayudenme	Si tienes los taxes o piensa llenar el income tax con $25mil creo que no tendra ningun problema. para el 2011 3 personas con 125% seria $23,162 y ahora en la ultima publicacion muestra que seria $23,862.50. Asi que con el sueldo de $25 mil cubre lo que piden... Tambien que tienes $9mil en banco hace tu caso aun mas fuerte. Te recomiendo que solicite los transcripts de tus tax returns del 2010 y 2009. Los de 2011 no estan obviamente porque aun seguro no lo has llenado..Pero una copia de esos tambien mostrando los ingresos de $25 mil.. Buena suerte.. Si yo ya hize los taxes del 2011 y bueno sip todo esta bien en esa parte, solo que mi duda y el medio a un RFE por no calificar para ser el sponsor de mi esposo, ya que pues anteriormente al hacer mis tramites de la visa K-1 yo presente pruevas de mis 2 trabajos con cheques y ahora pues en el mes de enero cerraron la factoria por el cual solo ahora cuento con un solo trabajo con prueva de cheque, me consegui otro de unos 3 dias a la semana pero lo malo es que me pagan con cash y bueno creo que en esa parte no tendria como demostrar eso como prueva, bueno no se si me entiendas lo que quiero decir, es esa mi gran duda. Y bueno si tengo mis taxes del 2010 el cual hize $20,989 mil y en el 2009 llegue alos $19,101 mil , no se si bastaria con eso para poder hacer mi AOS y poder ser yo la sponsor de mi novio. Mexico, Latin & South America	affidavit support! ayudenme	Holas yo hize el tramite de la visa K-1 para mi novio el cual ya es mi esposo nos casamos el 8 de febrero, aun no ago el ajuste de estatus, cuando comenzamos hacer los tramites de la visa k-1 nosotros tuvimos un co-sponor para el formulario I-134, ya que me faltaban como $2 mil para el 125% de la linea de pobreza , ahora en el 2011 hize mas de $25 mil, lo unico malo es que antes contaba con 2 trabajos en que me pagaban con cheques, ahora solo me quede con uno por que uno de ellos cerror la compañia, ahora solo cuanto con 1 trabajo con pruevas de cheque y otro de medio tiempo 3 veses a la semana pero el cual me pagan mediante cash, tengo algo de $9 mil en el banco, ustedes creen que al presentar las pruevas de solo un trabajo con queche y haber pasado el limite de pobreza con 3 personas de $25 mil, yo pudiera llegar a ser el sponsor de mi esposo, o tendria que buscarme alguien mas para que sea el co-sponsor de mi novio, ya que el de antes ya no podra ayudarnos tampoco, por favor espero me respondan mis dudas gracias. I remember the same mysterious thing happening to us earlier in September!   An appointment opened up one week away, but we weren't ready with our documents yet, so it slipped through our desperate fingers, and we've been waiting (and hating ourselves) ever since. I think these occasional appearances are the result of people canceling their appointments (a hard thing for us to imagine right now). We've learned our lesson and will be ready if this happens again, but we're really hoping for (and expecting) a big release of appointments SOON.
