K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	K-4 Info	Hi, just wanted everyone to know that my husband's k-3 visa expires this thursday and he is going thru AOS now and today his daughter's k-4 visas were delivered and they got until June of 2011 so the k-4 if granted after the k-3 does not expire when the k-3 expires. US Embassy and Consulate Discussion	Jamaican Fiance Question and advice needed?	I got a notice on april 5th, stating that my case was sent to the embassy in Kingston. I just received on Wednesday the 16th of May a letter from the embassy stating that we have to return the ds-230 to the embassy before getting the interview scheduled. I live in New York and my fiance lives in Jamaica, is it customary for them to send the package to the American citizen or to the fiance, because he still have not received anything to date. Is there a way for him to schedule to pick up any additional mail? Any help is appreciated. Thanks at least you got a letter, my package was also sent to the embassy the week of 4/4 and I had to call them asking for an interview date, and they said they couldn't schedule the interview because of the missing ds-230. US Embassy and Consulate Discussion	Jamaica Embassy	I downloaded a DS-2001 (formerly OF-169) & DS-130 (Part II). Since my husband has not received a Packet 3, can he hand deliver the forms to the embassy in Kingston? It seems like every thing is by appointment only. Once he submits the forms, does any one know how long it will take to get an interview? We have been married for almost 8 months. Please advise. Interview will come in 2 to 3 months once the form is dropped off. I don't know about the forms being dropped off to the Embassy please ask this question in the Yardies forum. Under Region Carri bean. There are many veterans how can help you gals. I filed the CR1 so can't help with that question. US Embassy and Consulate Discussion	DOS Interview Date over phone but not on website...???	Called DOS this morning and they changed our interview date to July 9th UGH!!! I guess you learn the hard way sometimes, they just mailed packet 4 this week. I should have waited until i knew they had sent the packet out to be sure but I was so excited that I made all the arrangements right away!! I guess the $200 flight change fee is just a small price to pay to finally be with my man Enjoy the weekend!!     Damn that sucks, but at least you checked and you can make changes to the flight and stuff ! They actually approved him and gave him his passport to travel back to Grenada. He sent it back to them via DHL today along with a pre paid envelope for the return in "7" days. Let's see........
