You are right we brought the following to the interview :the Affidavit of Support I134 , evidence of support like tax transcript , employment letter , pay stubs , additional evidence (pics, chats, emails, flights etc.) , birth certificate, police reports , and DS 230 part II you have to bring with u. Also don't forget to bring your original submission copies as well just in case. On your question about gluing the pictures, My fiance got 6 passport pictures in total , he did not glue anything just bring 3 to the medical appointment and we brought three to the interview but were only asked for 2 at the interview. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	When and how to send DS 157-DS 156	Hello everyone, Does anyone know exactly how to send DS 157 and DS 156 by mail or email (Madrid Embassy) , it's a little confusing in directions, its saying to fill out the forms online which we did, and to send in duplicate, but to not sign the attached DS 156 . Does that mean the other forms are to be signed that are printed online and do all the forms then get sent to Embassy, before packet # 4. Hope this question is not to confusing . So I just came across this post, and even though its old, I figured to address it: I'm a Cuba petitioner too, so here's what I've learned:   1) it is illegal to travel to cuba even if you are in fiance visa process (you do not fall under general license until you are married). However this is a violation of Dept of Treasury (assuming that if you go to cuba, you are spending money in cuba- we dont have a travel embargo with Cuba, we have a economic embargo), but since we have a beautiful thing called division of power, immigration does not care if you've traveled there illegally. Personally, I only have a US passport, have traveled there, and put evidence of such in my application packet.   2) Many (maybe most?) people on this site manage without a lawyer. There is so much guidance available on this site and then so many came back with the good news of success. So, personally, I am not using a lawyer- even though it's cuba.   3) and 4) For these questions, I recommend clicking on "portal" (one of the tabs at the top of the home page) which will take you to a portal of reviews and postings by only Cuba petitioners. There is a box that says "quick links" one of which is consulate reviews. You will fill a lot of first hand info over there. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Dual Interview!	well i spoke to a couple of ppl at my job that works for immigration and they said the stokes interview is for ppl that are married. and the reason ewhy they want the petitioner there is to see how we react with each other in the waiting room and to see if we are actually willing to travel on such short notice for the one we love. They also said they do ask questions but its basically regular questions UNLESS they think its fraud. which i doubt because they didnt even ask him any questions when he was there. and also i noticed that everyone who did the 129f in HAITI was called back. so ill just wait and see. i love my mr enough to be patient. and i will not hesitate to ask for a super visor if there are any problems.	pglovesmc	Female	Haiti	2011-03-29 23:48:00

There is nothing that they can't ask if they suspect fraud Last time we spent 2 weeks at my house 2 weeks at his house. They can ask about eachother's family, but also about the last time you were together... they may ask the name of the hotel you stayed at together, or what colour the curtains are in your room if he stayed with you, or what you had to eat last time you ate with his family... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Cost of medical exam in Haiti	we paid 250 because he need vaccinations. then we had to pay 322 because he needed a tb test. which i think was a scam to get more money from us because they could of did that shot in his forearm. but they took forever to give us those results. and now the embassy told us that the medical expired so we had to do it over and this time they asked for 300 then the dr gave him back 150 because he didnt need the vaccinations. and now they pulling the same bull ####### for the tb test so i told him no im not paying for it again. and this time its FREE because the dr requested it! SO who requested it last time? Im aggravated and confused. Currently waiting on the results which they said will take 8 weeks. we called this week they said he has to wait 3 more weeks because the results are coming from a lab in Dominican republic.
