I just checked on line USCIS and I got hit again, another RFE. This one was sent yesterday. So now I have 2 RFE's. The good thing is that hopefully I will get the first RFE done before our July 16th deadline. Depending on what the 2nd RFE is, I will be going to Greece July 15th to be with my fiance, so if they need something from him or for him to sign something, I can have him do it while I am there and bring it back with me. USCIS Service Centers	I-129F's on life support at VSC	Can anyone tell me how they know if they are transferred to TSC or not? Also, where do you find out how many are approved each day by the different Service Centers? I see everyone talking about what gets approved and from what months but cannot find that info anywhere. USCIS Service Centers	NOA2 Pending K-1 Question For Those transfered from VSC to TSC	I was on the USCIS site late night and after refreshing the page I saw the petition was approved. About 5 minutes later I received and e-mail and text message confirmation and about five days later I had the hardcopy NOA2 mailed to me.    Congrats on your approval! USCIS Service Centers	Vermont Service Center Delays	Just got off the phone with a rep at the VSC. Apparently they are now just getting to petitions filed in October 2012. My app was received in January. Its frustrating to think that I will have to wait so long now. They had their estimates on the USCIS site as 5 months which is wrong. Just letting you guys know. USCIS Service Centers	Transferred file from vsc to Texas got touched today!!!!!!	YES! Congrats Enigma! This is great news! Good luck on your next steps!       Hey Sweetie!!   He's RIGHT... Everything already is okay.. lol it's already in the making or done.  Trust that thought! Just relax and enjoy your time together...   Until even this VERY MOMENT the USCIS website and "last touched" date (if you sign in) is unchanged since the 15th. It still says Response Review but I received the actual NOA-2 in the mail yesterday.   So I received NO UPDATES AT ALL... Not Email, Not Text Message and the website unchanged.    Here's my breakdown:   July 2nd RFE Email July 9 RFE Hardcopy July 15 USCIS Rec'd Package ~ I got text telling me the case was updated and an email saying it was received. Status was also updated on USCIS Website.    July 22 with no contact and no change of status anywhere!! POOF!! MAGICAL NOA-2 Hardcopy in hand!!!       I almost lost my feet when I opened it and read "Approval Notice Valid from XX/XX/2013 to XX/XX/2013   I hope this helps anyone still waiting!! What is igors list.. i keep seeing that in people's posts.. would you please be able to walk me through it? How to check.. how many petitions get approved? Is it on a daily basis?    Its updated daily. And it only shows people who are on the forum and those who update their timeline. So there are tons of approvals we don't see. Also some people might keep their service center as Vermont.    From what I was told by my senators office they are working to approve the transferred applications in 45 days. So its possible people will be waiting till the end of July. AND TODAY!  THIS IS INSANE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!     The staff has to be trained already as they are working on our petitions now. She wants to save some money before coming here to help me out with wedding expenses. So in a way my wait isn't over. I'm sorry for everyone who is going through mental anguish with this process. Still I believe that with the flood of approvals we've been seeing there is hope and your times will come. OMG I thought that it would be giving my hopes up to think that we would get approved tonight since we got the response to our service request today BUT IT HAPPENED! USCIS Service Centers	Transferred file from vsc to Texas got touched today!!!!!!	Just got a response from the e-request i put in last week. It basically just says my case was transferred on 5/30 and is pending at TSC and to give them 45 days to post a decision or NOA.      BAAHHHH I want my NOA 2 NOW      That what my senators rep told me also. That they were working to complete things in 45 days or so.  There have been approvals everyday so far. Im I doing too much trying to controll timmingss... I know anything in here has sence but i guess Im trying to make it have some... Does anybody knows how many people got approved yesterday? I saw another forum started outside of this one that talks about the same and people post when they get approved... this people just dont know that they are playing with our lifes and future... My fiance just trust a lol american system and he feels confident about it and keeps me positive but is just so difficult... And plus thinking that this is not the end... Embassy process can take a good 3 months... NOA 2 please come to me!! LOL Too many months waiting!! Just want to marry my baby, get a house and a lio dog and just be happy...   They're coming! We have seen a good amount of approvals so far. Our time will come. Our patience tends to dwindle when we are so close to the finish line but we have to keep our spirits up!
