IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Think I've lost the chest X-ray from medical and they want it at PoE!	I agree. My husband came from the Dominican Republic last year and even though we brought the x-ray in our hecked luggage no one asked for that. Besides, maybe they have something about it inside of the "mystery envelope" that everyone comes in with. He came in through JFK International and I saw no doctors waiting to check them there. If that was the case wouldn't you have had issues at the doctors office in the first place. Take it easy and come on over! I agree. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	AOS I-864	Correct. they want to see the amount your supposed to make this year. That includes any automatic raises you get but its an estimate you can get from your employer. Ask them to mail or fax you a letter with yout current yearly income if you dont know it. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Becoming Hopeless	on the same boat here.. Doing an AOs and the priority dat is a month and half behind my file date and I just recieved a letter from the MSC stating that my case is still pending and im waiting on an appointment date so to contact them back only if I have not recieved any notice in the next 90 days. I mean like really 3 months. Especially after they know they have given appointment dates to people who files months behind me. This system is absolute garbage. Just received the NOA 2 Just received an e-mail that states: "On October 15, 2009, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283. If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case status results listed above, or if you have not received a decision from USCIS within the current processing time listed*, please contact USCIS Customer Service at (800) 375-5283." So, I guess my question now, is what is the next step? I am going to visit my Fiance for a long weekend in about a month, I will bring the copy I made of the original petition with me to give to him, anything else I should be doing between now and a month from now when I see him. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	We got our k-1 Visa!	My fiance and I went to his interview on Monday ( did the medical earlier in the morning) and then had to go back to the medical offices on Tuesday to pick up his results, then back to the Embassy, where in about 20 minutes we learned that he got the visa. Overall, it was an easy experience and we are thrilled to have this leg of the process over! Thank you to everyone here that helped me in the process. 2010 is gonna be a good year! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	USCIS overlooked my I-129F?	NOA2 is the long wait like 6 months.. really. So you should be getting your's anytime soon. Check other people timelines from date submitted on their NOA1 and you will see many don't have their NOA2 yet. I understand that. I've been waiting more than 7 months now, though. And since the processing time-frame is listed as beyond the date on which I received my NOA1 (I received NOA1 on 6/27, and they're now looking at July 2nd), can I now go ahead and put in for a service request?	mr.j.j.s. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	USCIS overlooked my I-129F?	I sent my I-129F petition to USCIS, and it went to the Vermont Service Center. I got my NOA1 on June 27th, but haven't received NOA2. I've been checking their processing times on the website, and they just recently updated their dates - the processing timeframe is listed as July 2nd! Did my application get lost / overlooked? Or is my NOA2 possibly en route? I signed up for electronic notification, and nothing so far. Any help / tips would be appreciated, I'm kind of freaking out ... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	June and July filers - NVC to Interview	wow, i havent posted in quite some time...ive been on vacation, unfortunately NOT visiting my sweetie but nonetheless i havent been sitting at work all day staring at the computer screen and posting on vj lol so adriano has returned to albania (he was living in italy, for those of us keeping score) and has gathered all of the required packet 3 documents i have also gathered all of the required documents on my end, and i mailed them to adriano today...they should arrive at his home in albania in about a week (yes, even express mail is THAT slow....unless i want to pay 150 bucks for fedex, i have to wait a week)...then we will FINALLY be sending in our packet 3...god i cannot wait for us to get that interview date...what a relief that will be!!! oh, and rae, yes it is absolutely absurd that we do not have the right to healthcare in this country...one of the many things that i hope will change in the coming years good luck to everyone!!!!!!!! I thought it unlikely as I have never heard of this before and its way to close to being good customer service to give us access to where our petitions are. they dont give any tracking information out, but a couple of people have seemingly 'cracked the code' that nvc uses as their references when sending the packets to the embassies...the system was accurate in mine and many other cases, so i think its fairly reliable if you go to the dhl website, you can go to the tracking section and choose to 'track by reference' and then you can enter a reference in this form: EXP 28 NOV 2007A you then want to choose dates about a day or two before and after the day that the nvc said your package was sent to the embassy...if nvc told you that your packet was forwarded yesterday, you would put 'EXP 19 DEC 2007A' and choose the dates 12/18 to 12/20...it should show a package being shipped to the city of your embassy, the weights of each package vary depending on how many packets were in each mine was alone, but im sure that packages going to the phillipines or china are much heavier Edited by babybluesusie, 20 December 2007 - 04:09 PM. Of course not looking forward to dealing with USCIS again but at least I'll be there and we'll be married and working towards our future together. One thing for sure...this is definatly a test of any relationship that most never have to go through.
