K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	NO touches NO approvals for VSC the week of Jan 19th	Ok so I called uscis even though I know its pointless and they said that they can't put in a service request because I am not in the processing time frame by 8 days!!!! National Visa Center (Dept of State)	February 2013 Interviews	Hi everyone, Great news!!!! my case has been forwarded to the U.S. Embasy/Consulate in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic for expeditious processing and hubby has been sent an open appointment letter to appear on any working day at 6:45 a.m. I am leaving for D.R. in two weeks......
