I said "How come?".. she said "That's the way it is.. it is from the local transfer date".. I said "but I already waited 180 days already, and my original application was sent in April".. she said " I know"... she was thinking "so what?"... that's what happens with the recent pay cut they got.. mad.gif mad.gif.. she was like it was my fault in calling her to inquire about my case.. then she had the attitude to ask me "don't be afraid to call USCIS with any more questions"... Gogo, I´m so sad and awestruck because of you are telling me. This is so horrible having to wait another 180 days. Oh my God, why???? I don´t understand that, really don´t, and it hurts me so much to hear all that things. I don´t know what to say, I feel for you very, very much and wish you to have enough energy to deal with that. But everytime we called before, we were always touched only on I-129F, so maybe this means something. I hope with all my heart that it does. So, if you both have your applications approved; they will probably just box them along with ours to the NVC. You know how CSC works its such a extreme lengthy process.... Thank you, my friends! Hello Kim!! yes, we sent everything right, they just say that we have to wait, that our case is with some officer that will make the decision now. But how long we will wait yet?? We will call senators´offices tomorrow to find out what they are doing with it. I hope that they will actually help us. OMG!! I too understand what you are going through. No you are not the only April filer left behind. We also filed in April and still waiting for our approval but we are not getting touched like you. At least you know that someone is doing something with your case. We haven't been touched ever since the received our reponse and we also passed the 60 days for RFEs. We called them on friday and they said that they did a service request and if we dont hear anything until Jan 3rd we should call again and they will do an other service request. We are not gone wait that long, we will send a letter to our Senator today and see what they can do. I wish you all the best and hope you will get your approval very soon. You are in my prayers. Syl Syl and Nerdette, I do not understand what CSC is doing. Your approvals for your application should be released. OMG its way overdue and you need to have some peace in your minds. Hopefully things will speed up now ... When my husband told me we were approved, I thought I was dreaming and after so long time of waiting i just couldn´t believe that. We have a lot to celebrate. I know that form I-134 had to be notarized for K3 but on the form I-864, there is not any particular space for the notary stamp. I´m confused, please advise. I mean if your case was touched after calling or it helped to speed up the process? Hello!!! we are waiting for our letter since this monday so I hope it will come soon, but I´m so shocked with u to be waiting already a month for that that´s ridiculous.
