In the meantime, do what you need to do to prepare for the interview stage. Go through the guides, and see what needs to be in order, and ask your fiance to do the same. I can understand your frustration. It's hard to feel engaged when your not with that person, or able to make concrete wedding plans when you don't know the date. I hope you here your answer soon!!! Tim and I have done that quite a bit. Unfortunately, there's not too much "snail" mail, as gifts and such were always brought along whenever we saw each other. So I'm hoping that phone records, ( he usually calls me ), and the fact that we talk online ( for hours!!), will do, along with the emails. Hope you journey continues to go well for you. He just got the email today, April 16th that they sent out the notice in the mail!!!! I'm still in shock!! I'm down here in SC with him, so it's feels great knowing we can celebrate this milestone together. I'll be leaving for home on the 29th, just in time to fill out forms and send my checklist to Vancouver....oh my goodness...I'm SOOOOO nervous about my interview!!! Tim wasn't able to be here with me, but he had met her the year before, only the one time. That was before we knew we were getting married. He was such a strength to me, even though he wasn't here. I hope everything comes together for you...I like the idea of the web cam thing, if that's the only solution. Those two suggestions from Bobby_Umit are great! Hope you can do that.
