K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	fastest way to get my wife into usa	so here is an update i just called the uscis and they told me to file for an I-130 wait to get a receipt number and than apply for K3 using i-129f when i asked her that K3 was no longer valid she checked with her boss and adv me that was the fastest way to go so im confused as hell...anyone? K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	fastest way to get my wife into usa	so here is what im going to do i made a cover letter requesting a cr-1 visa for my wife im submitting an i-130 along with g325 for both and check for $355 i also got a copy of the marriage certificate in english along with copies of my us passport once i submit this and its approved.....the ds 230 will be mailed to me by nvc or i have to go grab it somewhere? i would get a lawyer but while i was over in pakistan getting marrried, my company shut down and i lost my job so im jobless and i cant afford a lawyer thats why im trying to do this on my own and not spent whatever i got left. thanks again	Umair Khan	Male	0	2010-08-10 12:52:00
K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	fastest way to get my wife into usa	thank you everyone for your help so i should submit the i-130 as i planned now im a bit confused, should i submit DS-230 along with it or wait for i-130 to get approved also what should i include with my i-130 i have my marriage certificate, copies of my passport, her passport style picture, my passport picture, i-130 G325 for both of us, check for $355.00 and form G1145 what should i include in my cover letter? should i ask them to expedite it and let them know that im requesting a cr-1 visa? thanks again for all your help. Waivers (I-601 and I-212) and Administrative Processes (221g)	AP to Ready , means ?	It took 39 days in AP and it was for proof of domicile of petitioner Thanks all VJers ! I have received our immigration visa packets and passports back today, exactly after 42 days.IT WAS VERY SATIFYING experience to get opinions of fellow VJers.
