Thanks for the hugs smile.gif
I do hope you're both right and I get them soon, she certainly implied that everything else was in order and as soon as she gets the document and passports back they will return them within 5 business days!

I have a question though. The notarized affadavit that i must return...should it be the original or a copy?? I'm thinking that I will need the original now for AOS??

Sorry about your delay of celebration but happy you have that behind you now. I'm sure it will all be ironed out quickly for you. G smile.gif

I just got the call from London!! We are approved! I wish I could have been there with him but for money reasons it just wasnt possible. I know he was soo nervous. I have been awake for hours waiting for news and was literally shaking when I answered the phone. hehe
Thanks to all who wished us luck!

Yay!!!

And miss g...sorry to hear you are having a delay...I read that about the malls yesterday. It seems that a mall owner (structure not the stores) is filing bankruptcy and is losing/closing down many of their buildings across the US. Those stores will have to relocate. It's hard on the companies moving their locations and hard on the cities potentially losing them. We've lost several large major stores her in my CA city and it really is a pain.

I'm sure he will feel better about it soon..it takes you aback a bit to see it happening but at the same time there is a lot of new stuff springing up I've noticed. smile.gif

I was praying and hoping you would be approved. If you need to talk I understand, I KNOW what you are feeling, the tears for me went on for days.

I am thinking of you and sending all good thoughts your way. Come join the AP tracker in the waivers forum, there are others there to support you too. rose.gif

I guess I am even more distressed now too hearing AP is averaging 6 months, they told me two weeks, but its almost four now since the call.

Can you link me please, Dairyfarmer? And is there an email or MSN addy that you can PM me?

And thankums everyone again. I'm just glad that there are no words that can describe this horrible feeling because I wouldn't wish this on anyone.

all you have to know is your case number. And the beneficary's name. Then they will tell you if they received it and when your interview is.

Is the case number the same that was on the CRIS email or is it a number that was on the Packet 3 he got? Thanks for the number by the way! smile.gif

US Citizenship General DiscussionInfo on Naturalization Offices? Idaho?

Happy Fall everyone!

Quick question...I've been out of the loop for a while now since the ten year card was approved but now we are preparing to do the Naturalization process.

We recently relocated to the Boise ID area from CA and I was wondering if there is anyone this direction that has done this part and can tell me the physical location they went to for processing? We used to go to Sacramento and I'm really hoping that we don't have to travel far.

Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionFingerprinting Question
Sorry I'm sure this has been asked but if I do a search for fingerprinting it brings up too much!

We're coming up for Removal in a few months and I was reading the instructions to start preparing noticed it says part of the Initial Documentation is fingerprinting by an approved office or embassy. Is this someting we'll need to send in with the form or are they referring to the biometrics?

Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionFINGERPRINTING?? WHERE???
Yes the time has come we got our 90 day letter and I've started the paperwork process once more!

I'm reading the directions on what to submit and it says fingerprints from a US Embassy etc. I'm in Nor Cal and sort of at a loss on what they mean. Do I need to send them in with the 751 or will they contact us like before to come down down Sacramento and do this or?

Thanks in advance for helping me out!! :star:

Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionRemoving Conditions on Dependents
Are dependents covered under the I 751 or do we need to do one for dependent as well? It appears to me from the instrucion that we add him to the form and then include an extra 85 to the overall fee for his biometrics. Is this correct?

Thanks :luv:

If your AOS is approved, you are a lawful permanent resident, and so is your son. As such, since you mentioned that "he is doing what responsible young men do and taking care of business of life" I assume you don't restrict that to using a condom or two, but also to filing an AR-11 after having moved, as required by law. Since he moved "aw few months ago" as you stated, I'm sure he has done that already, so it's not your concern anymore. Time for the little one to grow up, I agree.

Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionUSCIS care if dependent has moved to his own place?
Me again! Hopefully I'll have all my papers done and no more questions for you all very soon lol!

Our son is now 23 and was eligible and came over on the K2, and a few months ago he moved into his own apt with a roommate after being gainfully employeed since his arrival.

I'm thinking I just need to list his correct address under the dependent section and maybe explain in the cover letter that he is doing what responsible young men do and taking care of the business of life.

Anyone have experience with this scenario?

So we're in the middle of the removal process and my husband has to renew/extend his driving license. We sent in all the paperwork they requested in the initial form and now they came back asking for a copy of the I-94.

Who here has gone through the license process so far and did you have to send this?
