So my wife just got her drivers license in the mail last night. And right now at this very second, she is out on her own in my car for the very first time. She was very nervous this morning about going out on her own even though she has had her permit for almost a year. But i have to say, even though i know she can drive, I too am a little nervous now. I wonder if my car will come back home in one piece! smile.gif I feel like a parent that just let their kid take off in the car for the first time. laughing.gif Luckily she is only going to the grocery store which is a drive she has done several times, so i dont think i have to worry too much.

Unless petitioning for a work-related visa, I've seen no evidence of a foreign fiancé/spouse being denied because of not being employed. good.gif


I agree with Karin and Otto... I have never seen a denial on a Fiance',spousal Visa because the Benenficiary was unemployed....

I think this was a very unfortunate accident. I don't even suspect the Fiance' at all. He was trying to be Romantic and to give his girl something special for her to remember. From what I saw on Fox News, the man was fighting back his tears and emotions.

We all react and take Death differently. There is no guidelines on how to deal with death. When all this soaks in with him, the real emotions will come out. I have lost 2 wives to cancer and there was no set way on how I was going to react to their deaths. People mourn in the way that is comfortable to them.

I really feel for the Filipina and her family in the Philippines, but I also feel for the Fiance'. His dreams are shattered too. Lets not forget that!!!!
