I will continue research it and talk to my wife about it. My wife is from Tacloban City Leyte. I was very impressed with the area. We have talked about living there when I retire. If I remember right, there was something about Moral Turpitude and Prositution was one reason they could deny her a visa. Correct me if I am wrong! ATS (Airport Transit Service). The international Terminal is Terminal 5, so you would have to take the ATS to Terminals 1,2 or 3....
