Philippines	CR1 Interview Approved	My interview went well, I had a very nice and smiling Consul at Window 64.. I went to US last year on a K1 visa, got married there and had to comeback home for personal and work related reasons. my husband filed a CR1 for me last May 2012. 5:00 am - in line 7:00 am - Guard let us in 8:00 am - Biometrics 8:30 am - Filipino officer interview, asked for additional documents like my NBI's, marriage contract. he also looked at our pictures. he asked me why i had to go back home 9:00 am - my number was called again and the same Filipino officer told me that US Consul is confused and wanted to have a clearer answer on why i had to go back home 10:00 am - Interview with American Consul, window no. 64 Consul: Good Morning, How are you today Me: Good morning too sir, Im good.. and you? Consul: I'm good too (smiled)then asked me raise my hand and oath Consul: So, you are married with (American ####..this only meant for my ex ) first? Me: No Sir, i was married to a Filipino (####) first (still smiling) Consul: Oh, ok, then to Mr (American ####), then to (present husband) Me: That's right Sir, Consul: running through my papers... So, you got married there? Me: yes, sir Consul: have you been to US with (American ####)? Me: No sir Consul: How long did you stay in the US? Me: 60 days Sir Consul: I see, so how do you like the house... ? Me: I like it very much Sir, quiet neighborhood, big porch, i learn how to cut the grass using the lawn mower Consul: (Smiling as ever, cute!) that's very good.. he looked at the computer and said..Oh, you've been here (US Embassy) many many times .. Me: Unfortunately, yes sir Consul: Ok well, all i can say is that.. you're not going to comeback in this place anymore... you promise? (smiling) Me: raised my right hand and said... I Promised Sir then i was told to wait to be called in Windows 71 10:30 am: was called at window 71, gave my original documents and told me to wait for 2Go to contact me if the Visa is ready.. Will call again tomorrow before they shut down for the holidays. Hope we all hear something soon! IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - January 2014	Hi..guys i just have a question about NBI Clearance. do you guys think NVC will still accept NBI clearance that will expire on April 04,2014? because, our paralegal asked me to acquire a NBI clearance. after we submitted the I-130 petition to the USCIS. I mailed to my husband my NBI.. together with my Birth Certificate & our marriage certificate from NSO.i got my NBI last April 2013. i'm thinking to get new one if NVC will not consider the NBI i have. thanks and happy new year...       I also have the same issue with my wife's NBI it will expire 20th Feb 2014, just wondering if we can send an attach letter in the IV packet explaining to the NVC that the I-130 packet has sat at the USCIS for nearly 9 months waiting for NOA2 approval and that she will produce an updated NBI clearance at the time of her interview in Manila. Still haven't received case# are IIN# from NVC, My NOA2 was approved 6 DEC at the NSC, just called them yesterday, so there's know telling how much longer this process will drag on. Just trying to safe the expense of mailing documents and the chance they could get lost in the mail system. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC case number	We got our I-130 approved Dec. 6 ,2013 Received at NVC Jan 7th,was told it will take 10-20 business days but until now no case number. And I call them 3 to 4 days in a week just to check. And I thought this NVC process will be faster , but no.   good day! we just had same date as it was approveD nd wen the nvc received it..we call the nvc just 2 hours ago and take note it was like almost an hour that we got an answer from them and luckily we got our case # today, its worth the waiting!...so THANKFUL to GOD for another blessing HE give to us..dont worry maybe you can get yours tomorrow or the next day..ill pray for you since i know how it feels to be away from the one you love of this long...wish you GOODLUCK! IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - February 2014	IV fee still not available   t Are IV fee is also not a available to pay. Are DS-261 show completed on 11 Feb and are AOS Fee showed Paid on the 18th, was mailed on the 19th,received at the NVC on 20th. Maybe they are back-logged due to the bad weather they've had there. Hope to see the DS- 260 available to pay this week. Is anyone else having this issue to. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - February 2014	Since you don't have a signature, what date was your case number assigned?   And joint sponsors, as with the petitioner, need to provide tax information. Either the most recent year or the three past years. Tax transcripts are much preferred over ENTIRE tax returns. Please review posts 1 and 2.     It varies by panel physician, but it's probably $200-$300. I paid about $230 IIRC. Hi Saylin,   The case number was assigned 0n 4Feb and I paid my AOS fees and have completed the 2ea I-864 and 1ea I-864a.we received all past 3 years Tax transcripts, last week also. Do my Co-sponsors need to submit there W-2's,1099's,scheduels with their I864 and I864a? We ordered and received mine and their joint tax transcripts from the irs last week. Is it still necessary to submit all these documents. I thought  that was the purpose of the transcripts. since my brother and his wife make well over the guidelines, I thought all they needed was an employer letter and a months worth of current pay stubs. My Brother has been self employed for the past 10 years but as of the 1st of Jan, he has got a real job! and my sister-in law has been with the same company for 15 years. Do we need to separate their incomes also? I paid the AOS fee, it showed paid and printed the barcode sheet tonight, hope to mail off,all are I-864's in the packet next week. Just pray we can avoid any RFE'S. Thanks Saylin, I know me any many more appreciated your knowledge and guidance, I for one would still be lost in the visa maze! Whats the timeframe for NOA2 after the transfer???   I also received text today, my NOA1 file was transferred and another text saying I could see my case was updated on UCIS web site..
