And, as I knew and expected, went from the 3600 last month to 4460. So a lot more of course and then the reciepts are 1,217 and completions is only at 528. I can't wait to hear that one of us Atlanta cases has been approved so then I can truly believe they are actually processing cases there...haha. I just wish we knew how many cases have been processed there recently. The website still has Sept. data on it. Have any of you Atlanta transferers tried calling USCIS and talking to a tier 2 officer yet? I have read on other threads that many others have done this recently and gotten updates on their cases such as when case was assigned to an officer. I haven't called yet but having been thinking about it. Anyone had any luck with calling? Ive seen this also...and Ive considered calling but I dont know how I would do it! And I know the Atlanta approval your talking about I asked her about it and she was reaffirmed I dont remember the full story but her husband had an interview and it was reaffirmed and sent to Atlanta. Ohhh okay okay...well that explains the quick approval. Well the volume chart had for august 13 until recently. Well for me it is blank...it use to have August up for me. So I assumed like the other poster in here said. But I could be totally wrong. Hopefully someone from Atlanta hears something soon! Id be a lot more relieved! I know one was approved in like what 30 days? I cant find it but she was in Atlanta. I dont know though just seen that one from atlanta and thats it! Its killing me! IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Atlanta Transferrers	I think so too.. But looks like they are approving/adjudicating cases randomly. Through the case status site I've checked statuses w/ case numbers ahead of mine some were already approved as of Nov 8-13,2012 and there were like 3-4 cases after my receipt# were also approved as of Nov14,2012.. These cases that I've checked were filed on the same week as I filed..Though most of the cases were also like mine under 'Initial Review'.. I looked at cases ahead of mine and most of them except a few only 2 were under Post-decision activity...then before my number only 1 of them were the same Initial review and the rest were card productions for already approved meaning they were getting green cards and then some of them were acceptance saying they were denied and sent their forms back. So im not real sure if id follow by case number as I dont know how they assign one to people. But also I think we should take into account that the USCIS said that I-130s would be transferred to the NBC and then from there to Local offices. What I think, and I hope im right, is that they are approving them at local offices, send you by mail or text its been approved, send the NOA2s back to the NBC, and then send the NOA2s from there. Back who knows what happens! Sometimes Im excited I sent it at the right time for such a quick approval...but then again sometimes I wish I was at a service center and wait the 5 months cause I know when to expect the NOA2 lol	abezyo	Male	Jordan	2012-11-15 22:45:00

I have been checking all day to see if the September case load stats are on the USCIS website. Looks like they are currently changing them so hopefully we can view them soon. Maybe the Sept. results will bring us some extra hope of quick NOA2 arrivals. You're right! I just checked on the National Processing Volumes and Trends and seems they are updating from August! I checked yesterday and August 13 volumes were up! This would be awesome so we can get a general idea of whats happening there! They will simply ask you call back after it has been 30 days. That's what I did. I had called to call and speak to tier 2 again when 30 days timeframe was met. Before even bothering with calling NVC, you need to be calling USCIS every day to inquire on when they sent the case out. Only once you've heard from 5 (at the minimum) people at USCIS that your case has indeed been sent out should you call NVC. Okay so call everyday and speak with a tier 2? IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - April 2013	A few weeks after NOA2 but it's taking them about a month from NOA2 to give out case numbers. Sometimes longer depending on how often the local offices ship out petitions. I honestly dont think I will get a case number till a month after my NOA2...but I do want to make sure that Atlanta sent my file to the NVC and its just waiting for a case number. Start calling about 3 times a week, for 2 weeks. Then bump it up to once a day until you get the case number. Will do! Gonna call today and see if its there yet. It has been has been almost 35 days(5 weeks) since NoA2 and still no case number. So, I do not know why it is taking so longer. My father is going to be my co-sponser since I have no income. Does he need this year tax returns and 2 years before or will last years and 2 years before do?
