My fiancee and her 6 year old daughter just got their visa's yesterday. It was a long process with a couple of medical delays. I thought that the visa was good for one entry in the next 6 months. She just left me a message saying that hers expires at the end of November and her daughter's expires in January. Due to work, we were planning on January. u can see that on ur fiance's visa which was attached to her passport- it indicates the validity of the visa. so ur fiance and her daughter must enter/use the visa within the validity period otherwise, visa will be void. if that's the case, u can call the embassy for inquiry about it. BTW, K1 is good for 1 entry only.



my visa was issued on august 15, 2008 and will be expired this coming feb. 11, 2008 (6 months)

Regarding USEM.. you don't have to wait for the letter, masyadong late yon dating. Our paper was received at the embassy friday(march 28). we were able to set up interview sched tuesday(april 1) the following week (only becoz it was not possible for my fiance to make the call monday ng week na yon so tuesday siya tumawag). It won't take them long to encode your data it's usually just a day or two. If you want to be on the safe side, make it tuesday or wednesday...and you can then advise your fiance to pay the delbros verification fee and then make the necessary follow up kahit once or twice lang na pangungulit sa delbros just to ensure they do their part and not mess up your DV process.

i already paid my doc ver yesterday,hehe! (when i called the USEM hotline d other day, she told me that i can pay my DV to avoid delay, kya bayad agad,hehe!) tues n lng cguro kami tatawag para sigurado, 2 calls n lng kc natira s amin kasi tumawag n kami kanina, max of 3 calls lang kc yong pin:(

Call again on monday, ask first if they already received your papers from NVC. If so, you may then schedule an interview appointment.

Yes, they will LOAD your case to their database for easy access to everyone in their staff.

grabe naman yong 1 hour, nilakad nga lang namin from hotel to SLEC eh... baka akala nong nakasagot St. Lukes hospital sa quezon city ang tinatanong mo. and it also didnt take 20-30 minutes for us to reach USEM during our interview, mga 15minutes lang andon na kami, nagtaxi nga lang kami.

ok narin sa cherry blossom.. meron ding eurotel just infront of robinson.


i bet she means the SLEC hospital..hehe! anyway, which u think is much better..hostel163 or cherry blossom..heheh!

Try Cherry Blossoms hotel. St. Luke's is just like 3-5 mins walk from that hotel. Their rooms comes with free breakfast too and is around your budget.

Yeah agree with them do it a week before interview date because you will have enough time to address problem if there's something you need to fix. Your mom would not be allow to enter the clinic so I suggest she should stay in the hotel and wait for you there.
