With all the transfer of the cases it just seems that all they did was waste time. My case was transferred from CSC to Missouri the end of Sep but didnt make it to Tampa until Nov 8th so that is 6 weeks without it even being in line. Nobody reviewing it, nothing Dont get me wrong I am happy for the people that are getting fast approvals who filed the end of Oct and Nov.. but I am pissed off that there are people in Sep that are still waiting.. I read there are others waiting from June and August.. The way the entire system works is BS. If I was one of the people from June I would have lost my mind already.. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	October 2012 I-130 Filers	It feels terrible. maybe it has to do with the local USCIS where your case was sent to? have you tried calling USCIS recently and speaking with and ISO? I did not even knw our case was sent to a local office(NYC) until i called on 12/11 and was informed it was sent 11/27 and on 12/13 our case was "touched" then approved yesterday. I am not the USC so I can't call them. My wife called them a couple weeks ago and they said it was transferred to a local field office. Aww you're wedding date was the same as mine! Did you file from abroad to a lockbox in the USA or did you have a Direct Consular Filing? And you already got you're NO2?! Or did you mean that you got a notice that your papers was transfered to NBC? p.s. to coaltoasty: Thanks for the tip! Before this whole ordeal change from Aug 15th and transfers, I already had my stuff ready for the NVC stage.
