US Citizenship General Discussion	N-400 - SEPTEMBER 2013 FILERS	When my husband was applying for his citizenship, he got a letter asking for additional documents, and in it was request to submit 3 years of tax transcript among other documents. US Citizenship General Discussion	N-400 - SEPTEMBER 2013 FILERS	Hi, forum newbie here!  I'm hoping to join the September list and send off my application tomorrow!  Quick question though: I got my GC through marriage, but it's been 7 years since I received it so I want to apply for citizenship via the 5 years eligibility (becasue it looks like less documents are required), not the 3 years marriage.  It looks like for the 5 years eligibility tax return transcripts are not required for the application, but will be for the interview.  Am I reading that correctly?  If so, woohoo....I have everything I need.  If not, I'll have to wait another week or so.
