I was under the impression the petitions were worked in the order they were received. I do not have a very common name and no RFE on anything YET????? I have been finger printed many times for work and have reasonable security clearence to enter multi billion dollar chemical refinerys even posess a TWIX card. What the hell can take these ppl so long. I swear if I wait 5 months to find out they lost my petition I am going to SCREEEEEEEEEEEEMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!! and then I will wait some more I guess. The meeting must have taken place is the past two years prior to filing K1 petition and you must provide phisical proof of such meeting. I do not think there is any way around it, never have seen a waiver for that. If there is a waiver then You must file affidavit of support at interview stage before visa is issued or denied to prove that the alien fiance will not become a public charge if addmitted into the US, if your income is less than 125% of poverty line then you can have a co-sponsor file with you to help meet income requirement. This is a huge portion of what USCIS looks at, PROOF OF ONGOING RELATIONSHIP. My advise is to give supporting docs at time of interview weather they ask for then or not. Have you ever heard the phrase "baffle them with bullshit" this is what they like to see is relationship beyond reasonable doubt. Beside if you give to them willingly then they don't need to ask you for them. It is a possibility that she may be asked when the last time was that you have seen one another but all this is well within the 2 year rule. Yes I have loved and been married to an American woman 14 yrs together and 10 of that was a good marriage. But now I have found exactly what I seek in a person from my Alesya. Looking for 2 years to find a woman that I truly wanted to explore the possibility of marriage with again. All difficulties were discussed in the very beginning as to the trials of international LDR. Both parties should be well aware of the hurdles that come along with this. All parties know from the very beginning that the possibility of finding a love that will lead to matrimony is very real. Love knows no boundaries!!! and it would not matter one bit to me if for some reason we were denied or she didn't want to leave her family. I would gladly move to Ukraine just to be by her when I open my eyes in the morning. I am also sorry that for the OP things didn't work out but I bet if he were to look back and think about what she was actually saying to him in letters and emails and skype or whatever, he would have seen that this is really no surprise. People do not always come right out and say exactly what they want. People IMO don't just suddenly change their mind. There are clues in the text and words that we miss sometimes. Alesya is already talking about at some point in the future us living in Ukraine and I am good with it. We (men) are the pursuer of the woman and the provider for our families and I would gladly do it anywhere on the face of the planet for the one I truly love. It is a fine line between compromise and putting your pride aside to have the love of a woman/man for the rest of your life. I'm just saying!! The 90 day requirement is not a test period for trying out the relationship.(WARNING THIS IS NOT A TEST DRIVE) You have signed legal and binding documents together and state that you intend to marry your fiancé within that time period. The relationship should have already been established and solidified with spending as much time as possible together. I do understand that things sometimes just don't work out with ppl and the logistics of these relationships is very difficult to overcome for some. But logistics aside a person should be absolutely true to themselves and have love for themselves. If they do not then they will never be able to give truth and love to ANYONE. TO THY OWN SELF BE TRUE these are words to live by. To anyone new to looking for foreign wife/husband write some letters get to know as much as you can through skype and email and then first chance you get JUMP ON A PLANE AND GO MEET THIS PERSON and spend as much time as humanly possible with them in person. So that night I let go and let God. I asked jesus to take the wheel on this one. It felt as if a weight had been lifted and a calmness came about me for the next few days I smiled and knew that it was not in my power to MAKE this happen. I had called USCIS until I was sick of hearing their speil and scripted responses. I just happened to get off work early this day and my fiancee was not yet asleep we were on skype. 5pm CST and 1am Ukraine time I got the text and we were able to share the news together. Introduced through friends,online, chance meeting or some sort of marriage broker. They do want to know how you two met because depending on the circumstances of how you two came to meet they will process your petition accordingly. As for photos they want photos of the two of you together in every day circumstances. Out to dinner, out with friends, sight seeing and so on. The size requirements I think you are asking about pertain to the passport style photos. It will be the same style you currently have in your passport nothing less. Size requirements are a guideline and are not set in stone what is more important is that the only thing in this picture is from shoulders up no glasses, no hats against a light background, just like your current passport. my suggestion is to go ahead and get about 4 to 6 copies when you do get them of you and your fiancee. you two will submit some with petition and then again at interview and she will need again 2-3 for medical.	cranehand	Male	Ukraine	2010-07-04 11:03:00

You must let them know it will happen when it happens and be ready to take the next step. Even after K1 visa issued you are a long way from having USCIS out of your lives. And the stupidity will without a doubt continue to drive you crazy You will send and re-send forms make multiple copies of usless papers and they will lose them and you will be missinformed on a regular basis from these peopl that work for you and I. Again sorry for what has happened, but you can bet your hairy A** that NO ONE except my wife will be seeing bank account numbers. RT ticket is not needed to assure you are on same flight, it is not even needed to select POE. In there system you may select from many available flights, you may simply select flight for your fiance(e) that matches your return flight. Assuring you are sitting next to onethanother is a different story. This depends on how full the flight is and how sad your puppy dog eyes are For my trip on the 10th i purchased OW from here and then purchased two OW tickets from major airline for the return and saved 300$. shop around and you will see by changing departure dates and times, days of the week and so on, you can find tix for deep discounts. If i had purchased RT for both with no garentee she would be able to return 11 months later bye- bye 800$. point is who the heck knows what the USCIS will dream up next to make the process more difficult. Don't waste your money on a RT if you can help it.
