My fiancee was approved yesterday i checked the day of her issue it first said "ready" then early this morning it said "administrative processing" and late morning it says "issued" does that mean its sent out? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	JFK POE review	Here is my review of POE at JFK.    Arrived the 2nd of march 2014.  After getting off the plane went straight to the border control. There were two lines (one for citizents, another for visitors). Logically, visitors line was the longest, as far as all people who arrive and are not citizens go to that line. There was one woman who was asking if someone has short layover at  JFK, so I assume those who are short in time are checked faster than others.    When standing in the line there was a man appointing the "windows" to pass border control, so people were moving quite fast.   When I reached the "window" I handed my package with all docs from the embassy to him, he asked me "what is that?" i said "I am on K-1 it´s my paperwork i am supposed to hand at the border". He opened envelope, checked all docs, scanned my finger prints, wrote something in his PC and asked me to follow him to another office.    He brought me to the office with other officers and gaved them my papers. One officer again wrote something in his PC and told me that i may go.    Overview: not taking into concideration that JFK is big and full of passengers, all was quite wast and smooth.    Good luck to guys who will enter JFK!    Wow you helped me out so much in the process and now this is awesome to see your review on this my fiancee was approved 2 days ago and will be going through JFK on the 2ND OF April this was great help because she was nervous	VladS500	Male	Ukraine	2014-03-21 20:37:00

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	K-1 process with an attorney or not?	Hello everyone my name is Vladislav just joined the site and saw a lot of helpful people on here. I just graduated police academy and decided to bring my girlfriend here to get married. I was able to go see her actually this July because her b-1 visa got denied and now we want to take the next step. My question is is it better to do it with attorney or not? My family has lots of friends that married on a K-1 from Russia and Ukraine but most of them told me not to use an attorney and just do it yourself. When they got their visa's it was in 1999 or 2001 so i know times changed and processing times are longer now. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Question about question 34.a and 35 in from I-129F	Hey guys i have complied everything that is needed for the process to start, however im having a hard time determining weather to list in question 34.a that my fiance and i met through a International Marriage Broker (IMB) as the application states or not? We have met though a dating site and i have called them today. The agent from the site stated that it is not a marriage but only dating site from people of various countries. My worry is that question 35 asks my fiancee to show proof of documentation that she released her information to me. She does not have that at all so im confused now what can I do? My fiancee completed G325A and also her letter of intent along with her signature on it. I was able to print both pages today. My question is does her signature need to be original or a copy of it is ok? Our first NOA1 has been approved and in my form i put down that I am currently a Police Officer. The problem is its not going well for me in my field training program right now and im not sure if in next 3-4 months I will still be an officer. Information question # 2 in my I-129F. I also received a sheet in which it states to answer "YES" or "NO" to that question and my signature. The instruction sheet does not mention to have the page from I-129F so I just wanted to know do i need a page from the I-129F form or just the sheet that I was mailed from USCIS? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Made a mistake need help please	Hey guys on 12-30-2013 I have received this "On December 30, 2013, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly."    My problem however is that after reading that once this is in process I need to send copies of all of the documents to my fiancee in Ukraine. I had a minor RFE question about my criminal history on Part 3. Information question # 2 in my I-129F. I  received a sheet and a letter in which it states to answer "YES" or "NO" to that question and my signature. I have sent both the letter and the answer "NO" to USCIS and received my NOA2 quickly. The officer signed the paper stating i have 3,675 in my bank account my question is would it be okay to ask my employer now to ask how much I will make in a year my pay rate will be from 11-14 an hour depending on the site.
