Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	I-751 March, 2013 Filers	I noticed CSC dropped the I-751 and numerous other forms from their processing times again. First they always had the I-751, then only that disappeared, then it reappeared on the list and now that and many other types of forms have been dropped such that CSC is only list a small number of forms processing times. There is a thread in the K-1 discussion (I-129Fs) where a VJ member was told by his Congressional immigration consultant that 48,000 files were damaged when the water pipe - plumbing ruptured. Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	I-751 March, 2013 Filers	I have a question.. which comes first, RFE or NOA1? The NOA1 definitely will come first. It is the date the Service Center receives your case or petition. Not everybody seems to receive the NOA1 notice which is OK in some cases such as the I-129F petition. If there is something wrong with the package as received such as a missing check, a check incorrectly dated or the amount is incorrect, or the package was sent before the 90 days as examples, the entire package will be returned. You won't necessarily receive an RFE unless there is something "wrong" with your package such as insufficient evidence, or perhaps a particular document is missing or the document doesn't have a raised seal if it needs to be certified such as a divorce decree. Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	I-751 March, 2013 Filers	I have another question too when i received the Biometric notice paper seems like just a copy not the as same as NOA1 I wonder who received BIO Notice are they have the same? Our Biometrics notice looks the same as you describe. It is a plain white paper background instead of the multi-colored background paper used for the NOA1. Don't sweat the small stuff. Good luck. That is correct. That is what my check listing in my bank's web page said as well. Although I was not able to view the check image as I normally can. Have you been entering the dates into your timeline ? Did you create a timeline. If not, go to Immigration Timelines and click on the link to Add/Edit Timelines. It will prompt you for your email address as a Password/entry intoo the System. Enter all your information such as date I-129F sent and date you received NOA1. Then Igor's list shows you percentage of Applications Approved at a given Visa Service Center for the Month of your NOA 1. For example, If you are using CSC and your NOA 1 date is in November, 40% of the petitions have been approved so far. You're not the only one, except I'm checking our online banking to see if the check's been cashed to get the case number to be able to check our status online. Once that's arrived, I'll calm down or make myself crazy. I still have not gotten any confirmation CSC received the envelope. No NOA1 email nor check cashed. I also am checking my email and online bank too many times per day. All I have is the US Post Office web site that says it was delivered Feb 8. The type of visa application you make should be thought out and discussed with your fiance(e). You should consider many different issues such as jobs and responsibilities, nature of your relationship so far, the USC's current place of residence, children in the relationship of the alien fiancee. I just started a little over two weeks ago. OK, if the fiance(e) payed with a Money Order, then I am not sure how to get the EAC case number. You will get an EAC#### because I noticed your fiance(e) filed with VSC. You might be able to telephone the main number but I am not sure if they will help you. I think if you can be a little patient, you will get the NOA1 hard copy in the mail about a week or two after mailing. Mine took 11 days to arrive after I mailed the thing. I hve noticed that some 129F were sent in one day and the NOA1 had been received within 1 or 2 days????? Is it an error or were these forms sent with a special request for a quick reply ? My fiance sent ours on feb18th and we are hoping to get the 1st NOA around feb25th or 26th..am I correct? At most it should not be more than two weeks. Yes, sometimes it is a few days from the Service Center receiving the package. I have read cases where some people never got a hardcopy of NOA1 but it seems to be rare. Can you check your bank account on line to see if the check was cashed. Some airlines do not permit one way tickets from their country to the USA because the airline is responsible for your return if you are not admitted at POE. I think Garuda Air is like that.
