Philippines	Vermont Case Philippines to National Visa Center	Good day Fellow VJ! I called NVC this morning concerning about our approved case.But when i enter our manila case number the automated phone machine operator response that our case is not yet in there system.So it mean to say i have to wait for a couple of weeks before i call them back. Because i just want to know and get some idea if our case its been left already and forward and shipped to manila consulate.I recieve a hard copy from NVC November 13,2007 stated and mention to there letter that they recieve our approved case from Vermont Center November 9,2007. I'll just try my luck to call them might be i have some good news came from NVC knowing i got an information from them when i could start tracking my date of recieving schedule for my packet 4 but i dont have yet .I guess i have to try and follow up my call for a couple of days or weeks what do you think Vermont filers .But i read some cases here that they call back again for a couple of days hoping that there case its been already in there system ! Your wright i just want your attention reading my post to you guys any way back to the topic since my cousin working in immigration law firm in New York she did all the guide on me and help me to do the best possibility to avoid any trouble and refrences in uscis ,shes working with the 2 lawyers immigration law office but i dont want to rely everything on her shoulder she help me so much for free of everything and now shes very busy person this time ! so i dicided and i want to do it with my own research and i keep updating about what i read in here. The time from the beginning of our papers and all the documents shes asking from me and my fiance she submitted to all of that to USCIS all of this documents .. I-134 form AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT SIGNED AND NOTARIZED,EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATE STATING SALARIES ,BANK STATEMENT,INCOME TAX RETURN 1040,WAGES and TAX STATEMENT (FORM W-2) 2006,Etinerary,boarding pass,plane ticket , hotel reciept,passport with stamped entry and exit here in the NIA IMMIGRATION Phillipines ,family Pictures 12 pcs.of our event during his visit . i need to get new one and updated for security reason ..and before i forget i have to pay also the metro bank for NSO verification even though i renew 3 times of my passport since i'm travelling outside the country since 1997 in asia and the middle east ..good luck to each one of us thank you so much ! Philippines	How can I make her transition easier?	For the filipino's we are the ambasador very easily to adopt and adjust we are flexible person in nature and culture in a diffrent countries. The reason with that millions in a differenet places in the country there is and there is a filipino its either they are holding a working our profession and holding a working visa or an immigrant visa those are very common scenario almost in each one of the family whose working overseas and you can see that by your neighbors and with our friends or relative here in the philippines ,and anyware you can heared about how the way the filipino socialized with there same nationality espicially if shes come and worked outside the counntry and you are dealing and working with a diffrent nationatilies .Filipino's in nature we are friendly type and we knew how to show our hospitality and respect to other nationality espicially if we are new to the other country .Just like if you go to college and get a boarding house thats one of your training to be away with a family and relatives and best friends just like anybody else whose doing that we always believe what is family values and family ties .We are always working and seeking for the best future of our love ones in the philippines ... I'm so proud of you why because you love your wife and your family here in the philippines i salute you on that decission.You know what the big example on me on your case is my cousin who get married in a resort ceremony in la union beach resort and his huband decided to bring there business here in the phillipines . They live and reside now in Paringao Bauang La Union which is they own a resort but the resort is not us big us boracay but i can tell there business is strong the source of income they have right now here in the philippines for 15 years now and of course the property is under the name of my cousin.they are are doing good and they are the same as other foriegner nationals surounds them some of them just ride there semi type david hurley motorbiyke i did not here any violence in la union i can tell that the place is safe. and not much crowded like the well known visayas places which the tourist spots in the philippines. the reason why they live here in the philippines is my cousin she have a spinal cord operation and sinousitis which is she dont like to live in a cold place surrounded of snow. I am looking for someone who tell me what to include in my affidavit since I am self employed..thank you again As long as you can provide Income statements 3 years showing that you make at least 125% of the poverty line, you dont have to disclose your stock and bonds or any other bank assets. You can just put "Not Reported" instead of None. Thats what other petitioners advise to do. Unless you are borderline at the 125% poverty line you may have to show more assets such as money in the bank... Absolutely You are right with that the key of this journey process is how you can show here you have enough money on the back plus your assets and your are in a good standing record in your company for couple of years thats what they want from the pettitioner prove of income ..second part is your on going relatioship support to your fiancee here in the philippines ... Philippines	Letting it out	YES DEEZEE!there is one pilipina infront of my line in homeland security section were you going to receive your pink slip when she asked the lady on the window about borrowing her passport the lady whose in the window told her that they are going to pending the approval of the visa until the passport is return in the embassy when she herd about that answer to the pilipina lady in the window she did not borrow her passport she said oky i have to wait until when you are going to deliver my passport in my house i heard that because we are the same interview date and i guess this is gonna happened if you are going to borrow your passport and the lady told her that there is no ready print visa to be stamp on the passport so she did not pushed to borrow i heard the converstaion i'm in the next line to that lady.
