Yes, you will need tax returns. Not necessarily three years. Definitely the most recent one, maybe two.

We had all proof and evidence I was making well over the guidelines with pay stubs and job letters. I had started my job in Feb. 2013 and our interview was December 2013 I even supplied them with bank account and asset info which put us way over. They denied us at the interview because of tax ttranscripts and told us we needed a cosponsor. In February 2014, after I filed my 2013 taxes I emailed them my tax transcript and BOOM Lance got the call to come drop off his passport. No cosponsor, no updated job letters or paystubs, Lance said they didn't even look at that at the interview. All they wanted was the transcript.

OMG! You're right. It does say that the tax returns are only needed if self employed. Has anyone submitted their I-134 without the tax transcripts but had all other supporting documents and been denied due to no tax transcripts?

Either way you have to register with DHL, but unless they recently changed it, you had the option of either picking it up at the DHL office in Montego Bay or Kingston. I noticed the people picking it up at the Kingston office seemed to get theirs within a few days of the interview and the people who registered to pick it up in Montego Bay got it within 2-3 weeks.

We got our NOAH October 11, 2013 and our interview was December 13, 2013. (If approved) The visa "typically" takes 2-3 weeks to be processed and delivered. I have seen the production process go MUCH faster for those who elected to pick up their visa from Kingston (some as fast as 2-3 days after interview).

Noticed there was a little piece of paper with instructions on how to apply for the new police certificate, how important is it to get the new one? I sent off around 4 weeks ago for the old style police certificate, will this still be ok to take to the interview?

I feel for you. Our P3 was lost in the mail back in Dec. After waiting 11 days for it to arrive, we just mailed in the completed P3 stuff anyway.

Also would there be any problems if I went ahead and booked the medical?

Just a quick question, in the instructions for packet 3 it states only complete pages 1 & 2, do I send all 4 pages back or just the first 2? I thought perhaps they may ask me to fill out 3 & 4 at the interview.

Hi, this is my first post on this forum so be gentle!!.
Ok here we go, Im a UK citizen and my fiancee has dual citizenship both UK and US and are currently both living in the UK (She has been living here for the past 8 years). We have both decided that we would like to live in the US and are going to go down the K1 visa route. Upon arrival in the US we intend to live with her parents for the short term. Looking through the I-129F form it seems that its possible for us to send the completed form off while she is living with me in the UK. Basically we are trying to minimise time apart, she will be moving over to stay with her parents approximately 2-3 months after sending the form. Just wondering what address we should put in part A of the I-129F Our address here in the UK or her parents address in the US. Any help would be appreciated.

My fiancee doesnt have a US bank account, so the only way we are able to pay for the petition is by using a Foreign bankers draft which will be issued from a UK bank, is this the same as a money order and will it be accepted?

Hey guys, a quick question regarding payment for the I-129F. Basically my fiancee is a dual UK & US citizen. The new instruction sheet states that the check or money order must be drawn on a bank or financial institution located in the US. She doesnt have a US bank account. Then further down the sheet it says if you live outside the US, contact the nearest embassy for instructions on the payment method. Contacted the embassy in London and they were no help whatsoever. Any ideas?
