I was wondering how long it takes from the time the AVR says the bill was sent till you actually received it? Sorry I'm just getting impatient. My bill was said to have been mailed on the 6th and I haven't received it yet. I am wanting to get the bils paid since wife's DS3032 has been accepted and I know her package IV bill will generate soon. I have both packages ready to mail as soon as the bills clear. AAAAAGGGGGGG where is that letter!!! hehehe Don't Panic!! I guess it was in the mail room untill 02-09-09...u should be getting it more likely by tomorrow or the day after...In my case, my AOS bill was generated on Wednessday 01-28-09 and we received it on 02-04-09...and by that time, whenever we called, NVC was saying they sent it on 28th...so, we got scared of losing it as it wouldl kill our processing timeline...	12345678	Female	Bangladesh	2009-02-10 10:10:00

Hi HSB, I think I can give u some idea about my experiences in NVC and Dhaka Embassy....I am very happy to convey u that, I am just done with my case at NVC. Also waiting for Emabssy to schedule my K3 interview date...Please have a look at the timeline and u would get some idea about how things goes that US Embassy Dhaka...Not to mention, they are extremely slow. For K3, u DO NOT need to submit any original document. My packet 3 contained 1 letter and 2 forms. one form was DS 156 and another one was a checklist of documents along with Applicant Statement, and both of these were sent after been filled up and signed by the beneficiary... after u send these two form u should be getting an interview date... For, CR1 process at NVC you must submit all the original documents. Hope u already know what u need, then againg, here is my list of docs: 1.Two (2) Passport Size Photographs of Beneficiary (NVC Case Number, Beneficiary’s full name, and date of birth are written on back of both) 2.DS-230 Part 1 completed and signed by beneficiary 3.DS-230 Part 2 completed by beneficiary – unsigned, as of yet, per instruction 4.Photocopy of the Biographic Data Pages of Beneficiary’s New Passport 5.Original copy of Birth Certificate 6.Original Marriage Certificate and Nikah Nama (Bengali and English version) duly Authenticated by the Notary Public 8.Original copy Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) executed by the Ramna Model Police Station Dhaka, issued in pursuance of the Ministry of Home Affairs and duly attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Government of The People’s Republic of Bangladesh Here I would also like u to know that, standard passport photo of Bangladesh has different size than US standard needed for US immigratiom. Please try to have ur photos from VIP Studio at Gulshan. They r the best in this business. There are people here who gets RFE for photos taken in wrong shape and color... So becareful about it... I am a bit confused about the NVC scheduling interview dates only on the 2nd week of each month!!!! What does it suppose to mean? If that is the case, what will happen if I have k3 interview scheduled on March 20, 2009, and NVC tries to schedule it on the mid March??? IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Sending In The IV Application TO The NVC For The CR1	Well....Envelop does not make any difference...It is only the coversheet from the Payment Page u need to submit both of ur packets. U can send the AOS packet at once the bill shows PAID. From my experience, if u have a gap between sending AOS packet and DS 230 packet, u may hear an RFE in the AVR which sounds something like " Missing/Incomplete DS 230...." ...Don't panic, just gather all the papers and send it in whenever it is available to u. Sonia It all depends on how busy each particular consulate/embassy is. Unfortunately for those of us waiting for Montreal we most likely are looking at May. As A & M posted the wait for Montreal is close to 3 months after NVC completion. For example, one filer recently had a Montreal interview date for mid-April scheduled and their case was completed mid-January! IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	what to do next after paying $400.00 fee	Well, From here...don't wait mails from NVC...Pay the 400 bill online...login in to the page that u have paid 70 bill..u will find 400 bill..pay it, when it shows paid, get the coversheet printed from there and add it with the DS 230 forms and supporting docs and photos (u will get instruction page online where u can find what to be sent with the DS 230) and just send. Ur wife should go for the medical once the NVC schedules an interview date..unless u don't get an interview date, I think, u should not do medical at once.. Is there any specific criteria or it's just a random requirement? My husband is done with his 2008 Tax and submitted that to NVC and that is way above the poverty guideline. His I-130 was of May 23, 2008 and filed in the WORLD CLASS VERMONT SERVICE CENTER. He also had his 129f at the same time which has no track yet...well well well.....none of my business though I am really curious about the matter that 129f happens to be a faster process, doesn't it? Anyways... No one know with INS thing...God, please help us all.... Dear VJers, I feel that, this happens to be my most frustrating period of life....This long distance relationship is turning in worst pain of life...I may not let my children to get married outside where they gonna live!!!
