What was everyone's experience with this - USC attending/not attending the interview? I would really like to attend, and hopefully I can find a way. Any thoughts? I too would feel a lot better if I was able to attend our interview. My Husband just mailed out our packet 3 today. I hope it has everything. Is it the same as packet 3 for the K-1?? I have so many questions so many thoughts swirling around in my head.. I hope we get an interview soon. Hey that is another thing. Does the NVC or the consulate schedule the interviews?? I have been trying to expirement ( I will try anything, but even I had to admit it was just awful and had to be thrown out) but not like I should. I guess I will need to go thru the book and at least be able to make maybe 5? of the recipes. And not just be able to make, but make sure they are able to be consumed!!! He has emailed the choice of agent, it was accepted and I have sent in the AOS bil(70$) We are waiting to hear the next message on the phone from the NVC. I am trying to stay so busy to keep my mind off this stuff but this is excrutiating(sp?) I think im am rapidly losing my mind. I find my self "speaking" what is running thru my head(lol) wow am I going nuts??? !! And what makes it so bad is thinking about all the other people here going thru the same things... This whole experience is just.... I am blanking out thinking about it. Just the lonleyness, and emptyness, the not knowing is killing. And trying to stay so strong when people ask about how you are---- ( I have visions of throwing myself on the floor and having a kid fit LOL) that just pops into my head hahaha---JUst putting on a smile and say fine and leaveing it at that is best. ANd trying not to break down on the phone with the husband is worse! I cry cause I miss and want him so much then cry more cause I just made him feel so help-less and horriable cause he is not here to fix it!! oh wow this is just so tiring sorry about the tantrum.... Europe & Eurasia (except the UK and Russia)	Just Turkish	LOL Sorry I will clarify. I filed the 130 in Oct to the CSC(lived in Hawaii). Moved in Nov to New Mexico. Called the USCIS myself and told them of the move. As soon as I had an address I also told my Lawyer. Kept in touch weekly with the laywer. Did not hear anything (also found this site) and called the lawyer and told them to send in the I 129 with the proof that the I 130 was sent. She sent it out in Jan. I just happened to call when the actual lawyer answered the phone. I asked about my NOA, that day the assistant emailed me a copy( funny because I had asked her about it the week before!!!) Anyway, looking at the 797's the 129rejection is dated the same as the 130's reciept notice. Diffrent service centers. So I think the lawyer sent it to the wrong one. the 130 went to cali the 129 went to chicago. The laywer had my new address cause you can see in my packet that instead of re printing them they very poorly whited out the old address and wrote in the new one. But it looks as if the address was updated at the service centers cause the rejection notice came to my house and not back to the laywer.	Merk	Female	Turkey	2008-01-22 19:38:00

The I129 was returned from Chicago. Sent in Jan. And in the packet they sent, they included the proof that it was sent from my lawyer and she sent it to Chicago. But nope it was sitting in a nice fat envolove in the mail box... And after looking at all the info (or lack there of )my laywer submitted I am kinda glad in a way. With all the typo's and whited out and hand written entries, that would be my guess as to why they just threw it back, it looked VERY unprofessinal. Africa: Sub-Saharan	Being real about marriage!!!	WOW. I didn't think I would find a person on this site to get real and stop with all the Cinderella stories! You tell it like it is. ( Sorry that you had to go thru the drama to see the light) And I think it can be applied to just about everyone on this site. Even if they thry try to deny it. Cause when everyone's SO get's here sooner or later the honeymoon will be over and the "real" world will slap us all in the face. And we can all be prepared for it or run and hide with a sheet over our heads!!! I choose to be prepared. I have all ready started to "check" myself. Stopping thoughts of just buying him up clothes and everything else I thought he would need before he got here! (He is not a foster child that I am trying to make feel they are loved, safe and feel happy in the "new parents" house.) He is a grown man and should be treated as such. Hell I would not do it for any other man right?? Just because that is what my parents do to show me love is not what I should do to show love to him!! Just had a moment of clarity and thought I would share that. lol .... ... Anyway just wanted you to know that your posts got me to thinking I need to stop making excuses and treating him like a special quasi-god from another country and treat him like he is... A MAN!!!! National Visa Center (Dept of State)	Do I need the DS 3032??	My case is at the NVC and as far as the voice response the only the case number has been assigned. The IV bill has not been generated. I was wanting to know that since I am using a laywer will they send out a DS 3032 for my husband to sign ( is this step skipped?)
