Australia and New Zealand	Pre-paid envelope? Anyone completed their Sydney interview recently?	This is all I got in the email. No mention of the express post envelope. The following items are required before your visa can be issued. Please refer to the list below of items that will be required on the day of your interview. P PASSPORT: A passport must have at least 8 months validity beyond the issuance date of the visa. P POLICE CERTIFICATES from United Kingdom (if you have resided there for more than 6 after reaching the age of 16 years old) And Canada (if you have resided there for more than a year). Submit the originals and one photocopy. Click here for instructions as to how you may apply, police instructions. Submit the original and Submit one photocopy P FEES: K Visa applicants this is NOT payable at the Consulate, please see our website for payment instructions. Bring the receipt for this payment to your interview. P K VISA APPLICANTS ONLY: For the return of your documents (passport and visa package, once the visa is issued), please login to http://www.ustraveld...m/au/index.html and create a profile. You must ensure you provide the address listed is where you wish to have the documents returned. It must be an Australian address. Additional Information: Immigrant visa processing times vary. There may be unexpected ineligibilities that become apparent only at the time of your interview which require additional time and processing. For this reason, you should not make any irrevocable arrangements, such as purchasing non-refundable tickets, selling your home, or quitting your job, until after your immigrant visa is actually approved and issued to you. Please ensure that the panel physician provides you with a copy of Form DS-3025, Vaccination Documentation Worksheet as part of your permanent health record. You should hand-carry this document with your sealed visa package and any other medical paperwork, which you will only receive once your visa has been issued. My status (I think from memory) went from saying "ready" both before and after my interview to the update dated today of "administrative processing". Don't know if for me that is a good or bad sign! One more question you may be able to assist me with, with the i-134 form, they request "original" copies, do I need to have my fiance send me via mail the form with his signature on there? Congratulations to you and your fiance, all the hard work has paid off and I wish you both the best! When do you get to leave Australia?    I have prepared packet 3 this evening and will be posting this via express tomorrow, thank god I decided to get on here and ask for help. With the DS-160, is it only the confirmation page which I'm sending with packet 3?  And the DSL-1076, this is page 6 "Applicants Statement of Readiness of be Interviewed" along with the completed checklist?   I'm booked in with Dr. Waks on Monday 13th of Jan, very glad to hear they are great, that has put my mind at ease. I received packet 3 in late October and was just going by the initial email instructions in packet 3 by doing the DS230 as it says. I have also completed DS-160 so I guess I will be more than safe lol...   Great, so can I send off packet 3 without the medical results for now? Australia and New Zealand	Confusion with visa payment and needing an extension... Please help!	Hi All!   My fiance is in Baltimore Maryland and I am currently in Sydney, Australia, our approval notice is due to expire on the 22nd January. My medial examination is on the 13th of January which is the medical center earliest convenience for me. We will definitely need an extension on our case as I cant see us fitting in the interview and packet 4 within in a week.. I have called some weeks ago the support team which were not very helpful, one gentleman of which gave me a wrong email and had me waiting for weeks!! I have now emailed sydneyIV@state.gov - can anyone verify if this is the way to go?    I am also a little confused with the visa payment, I have read on some timelines that we pay for the visa on the day? but the person I spoke with mentioned I had to pay for the $240 online?? Can someone shine some light onto this for me as well?    One more... with packet 3.. I have sent off DS-230 as requested as soon as I received packet 3, I did not get any verification that this was received.. Australia and New Zealand	Just sent packet 3 ...	Hey Everyone!   I have sent sent packet 3 today via express mail to the Sydney US consulate. Although I just need some guidiance with whats next? I know I need to pay the $240.00 online and retain the receipt to bring along with me to the interview.. But when do I actually go online pay the fee? I have also read that we schedule our interview at the same time also... is this right? Caribbean	Visa Delivery	My fiancé was just approved!!! Over the moon happy right now, yet concerned as there is a hurricane headed his way as he is rushing to get home. I have his DHL tracking number- how long should it be before the DHL site even shows the package exists? Right now it just says "no results found for your tracking inquiry". What will it say first when it appears in the system? He also opted to have it delivered to his workplace in Ocho Rios. Has anyone else had it delivered to a business like that?
