IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	9 months and still waiting :(	It's our 3rd wedding anniversary today...3rd time that we are celebrating this day apart. It's also exactly 9 months since our NOA1. Called USCIS several times, sent e-request, asked for a senator's help but nothing happened. Hubby has a scheduled infopass today hoping to get some answers. What else can we do? Waiting for NOA2 is so depressing. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	About DS-260	Hi! I received my Packet 4 last Sept 10. I'll have my interview on Oct 16. When I received the email last Sept 6, I still filled up the DS260 online. Later that day, my husband called NVC and was informed that we're case complete. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	About DS-260	Anybody else here got the email from NVC requiring to fill up the DS-260 online form? My husband called NVC 2 weeks ago and was told that they received our AOS and IV packages last August 14 and will be processed for 20 business days. Just this morning, we received an email asking us to fill up the DS-260 since DS-230 has been considered obsolete effective September 1, 2013. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Signed or copies to interview?	Yes, they STILL required the whole AOS package, your I-864 should have an original signature from your husband. Those were the only documents that the Filipino pre-screener asked from me and she kept it. She only browse through my original NSO documents and returned it.   Good luck.. its your turn soon.. Thank you! By the way, when you say original it has to be the exact form that my husband signed? Can it be scanned and printed? During my interview, I brought another copy of the I-864 (new version) bearing my husband's original signature, original copy of his employment certificate, scanned copy of his 2012 ITR, scanned copy of 2012 W2 and recent copies of his pay stubs as suggested by VJ members.   The Filipino pre-screener asked for these documents and she carefully reviewed all the data for the Affidavit of support. She kept all of the above documents except for the pay stubs.   Good luck. Hi Memphis! If so, it seems they will process it very soon, otherwise send you a notice very soon that they had to transfer it out again because they could not handle the workload. The only thing you can do other than wait is to contact your senator/congressman's office. I do believe that the filers who got their NOA2s first from the Atlanta office were the ones who contacted their senators/congressman. It doesn't cost you anything to try.   The dates in your signature are confusing, and did you say in another post that your case is in Baltimore? The timeframe all depends on where your casefile was transferred to. Unfortunately, the Atlanta office was collecting I-130s for several months before starting to decide how to deal with them.   10 months is a very long time to wait. I know just how you feel! Our case has a VSC number and we were notified that it was transferred to NBC then was later on transferred to Atlanta based on the info given to my husband when he went for an infopass last June 4 (it was our 3rd anniversary that we were't able to celebrate together). We didn't receive any notice that it has been transferred to Atlanta. By the way, my husband is from Baltimore. We already contacted the senator's office but no result still. yah, we've been waiting this long. We just look forward to celebrating Christmas together this year. Feb10, I tried e-request but will not push thru since it was still under posted procesg time. So by Feb15, my e-request was finally accepted. Hmmm...could the change in address e-request made them notice your case? Or maybe you're really next in line that's why you got approved. Your approval actually gave me high hopes that mine will be next anytime soon coz your filing and NOA1 dates are just a few days behind mine. Was it because 6 months has passed after you had your NOA1? Mine was filed Aug. 23 and whenever we try placing an e-request it just says that our case is still within processing times. My husband called USCIS and he was informed that they are currently processing those with PD of May 28, 2012 which we already know coz that's the info on the website. He was told to just wait for another 3 months. It'll be my birthday on April and we have plans but it seems like we have to hold it for next year again because of this long waiting . I called this morning, and there is still no case number They did tell me it was received at NVC on July 11th, and then takes anywhere up to three weeks to get scanned in and assigned a case number. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	I have not heard anything back?	You should have gotten your NOA 1 by now. Your NOA 1 tells you the date they received your I-130 application. It usually takes a while to receive NOA 2. Usually people wait about 5 months, I however had to wait almost 8 months without any request for evidence, there was a huge backlog at Vermont service center. NBC	Hello megan26 my case is from March 22, 2013 and I have also only received a transfer letter to Nebrasca Service Center and nothing else :-( I see a lot of people here that are very advanced in their petition but I keep calling and I get no answers. Are you having the same problem? Yes I'm having the same problem!!! When I called yesterday they told me they are working on cases from April!!!!
