K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	File received at consulate without NOA2, email notification, touches	Congratulations on your aproval. I hope that stuffs will going faster now. Those VSC really have no idea what they do. My fiance was also received that letter from NVC on November 24th (datet on November 21st) , but i am still not received nothing from embassy here in Bosnia. And when she is call VSC to ask about that NOA2 hard copy they are saying that they still proceed casses from March ?!and that our case still pending. I am wondered how they can aprove and sent case to NVC and say that case still pending and that is really weird that we receive letter from NVC, but still not NOA2 from them. But we are received that letter from VSC, and at monday i will call US embassy here to see are they received something from NVC ( on this site they say that there is not much time neded because NVC uses UPS service, but i really have no idea does is really 14 days needed from USA to Bosnia even case was sent by UPS).	bosnian68	Male	Bosnia-Herzegovina	2008-12-05 18:22:00

I am received Packet 3 from embassy here , but my fiance in USA is still not receive NOA2. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	never received RFE in mail	For all stuffs taht they not sent to people, people need to wait 30-40 day until new call.I am still not received my NOA2 hardcopy ( but received letter from NVC). And when my fiancee was call them to see why we are still not received NOA2 (I-797 C) they are say that they have no idea about that and if she not receive that in next 30 days that she need to call tem again. That letter was received my fiance in hers mail box before couple days. I do not know is that look like of NOA2 form or something else. Please help. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Is that normal about NOA2	Thank you all for your time. My fiancee ( she is US citisen) is received that letter from NVC, where they say that our case is sent to US embassy in Bosnia( she was think that was NOA2). So there is no doubt is our case aproved or not. It just was little weird that we are received that letter from NVC faster that NOA2 from VSC who aproved our case before NVC did. Here is also letter that my fiancee was received from Department odf State (NVC). And like i was saying im my first post there are 2 numbers on that letter: first one was INS receipt number that we get when they received our request in VSC ( that was on our NOA1, that we are received from VSC), and second one is case number that they are give to that case which was forvarded to embassy in Bosnia starting with 3 first letter of consulate name (SAR- embassy of US in Sarajevo -Bosnia). So now I need to wait what next will hapened, because they are sent our case to Bosnia (date on heading of that leter is November 21st). I wish much luck and happines to all of you. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Is that normal about NOA2	Hi to all pettitioners. I wish a luck to all of you.. Here is something weird that hapened to me. In july we are sent outr I-129 F. On august 6th we are received out NOA1 ( with that case number EACXXXXXXXXXX). After that no touches, no e mails. Just on November 25th my fiance get a letter from NVC that our I-129 F was aproved and that documents are tranfered to embassy in my country ( Bosnia). After i was seen that letter is not NOA2 ( thank to some people here on forum), I am call my fiancee to call VSC and see what is the problem andf why we are not received NOA 2 from them, and have received that letter from NVC. I am read on that forum that people first get NOA2 that I-129 F was aproved and then get that letter from NVC. But that guy in Vermont say that they have not our case number in theirs system ( we are received NOA1 on August 6th with that EAC XXXXXXXX number), that the NOA2 is not one of their documents that they (uscis) sends out but That guy aslo say that if not get nothing in next 30 days she need to call them again, but that if we are get that letter from NVC that they sent documents to embassy it is ok. On that letter that NVC was sent to us are two numbers . First one that we are get in NOA1 , and second one is case number that they are give to our case in theirs system (starting with first 3 embassy letter). So i am little confused now. When i received that NOA1 i am put that case number on theits site (USICS) to see if there will be any updates and also put check mark that they sent me e mail when they make any change. But until today there is nothing just first date August 6th (probably when they are cashed our 455 $). And how is possible that we get that letter from NVC in couple days (received on November 25 th , with date on letter November 21 st) , and need to wait that NOA2 fully month. Ako neko zeli AP i EAD samo ih dodaje prilikom slanja I-485 ili nakon sto dobije NOA1 za I-485. Nikakvih novih troskova nema. Ne vidim razlog za bacanje para (mada sam ja to vec uradio, jer su svi pisali da treba poslati zahtjeve za EAD i AP). Mislim za slanje zahtjeva za AP i EAD ukoliko nema neke prijeke potrebe ( AP je za putovanje van USA dok se odvija proces AOS) Mislim svi ste skoro stigli u USA i mislim da niko nema namjeru da ide za BiH ( naravno ukoliko se nesto nepredvidjeno ne desi kod kuce, sto nikome ne zelim).A ako neko misli da ce ubrzo naci neki posao u mjestu gdje se skrasio neka aplicira za EAD. Meni je Zelena karta stigla 2 mjeseca nakon AP i EAD.Za ta dva mjeseca koliko sam prije dobio EAD nego Zelenu kartu nisam uspio naci nikakav posao, a nisam ni isao za Bosnu. Tako da je moja preporuka da ustedite tih 700 $ koliko se inace placa za AP i EAD ( ukoliko se ne varam). Da li kada aBd budem ulazila u USA (Washington), moj zarucnik moze ici s mnom za NON CITIZEN da ja predam kovertu i sl. ili se moramo razdvajati?"! Vjerovatno se ne morate razdvajati. Posto je on vjerovatno US citizen probaj s njim u red sa ostalim amerima jer je tamo procedura brza. Inace i ja sam isao preko Washingtona i drzao u ruci famoznu zutu kovertu pa sam bio prebacen u red non US citizen iako je bilo slucajeva na ovom forumu da su osobe sa zutom kovertom bile upucene u red sa ostalim US drzavljanima. Tako da nemoj puno da brines za to. Procedura za US drzavljane je brza pa ti i tvoj zarucnik stanite u taj red. Ukoliko Vas i razdvoje, nakon zavrsene procedure utvrdjivanja identeta (slikanje web kamerom i uzimanje otiska prsta opet se mozete sastati na izlazu iz te sale prije ulaska u salu za uzimanje tvoje dokumentacije i otici tamo zajedno.	bosnian68	Male	Bosnia-Herzegovina	2010-01-11 11:54:00

Onda ti ona to sve spakuje i posalje u ambsdu i ti fino platis, i to je to. Poucen nasim iskustvom, trazi kopiju primljenih vakcin, da ne bi ovako kao ja, lutao i pitao za informcije. Srecno i pozdrav! Ja imam neke stare knjizice, i tu pisu te vakcine (neke)! Da li ja mogu kopirati te knjizice za ljekarski ili pak ih donijeti u knjizicama ljekaru da ih on pregleda?! Ja sam imala tu prastaru knjizicu koja mi je spasila zivot. Nju sam ponijela i to je potpuno validan dokument - u BiH, tako da nista ne brini, to je dovoljno. E sad, da li si isprimala sve vakcine koje oni traze... to je drugo... i naravno, trazi joj kopiju te potvrde o vakcinacijama... ja nisam... pa ne znam sta da radim i kako da nadjem doktora koji ce mi to verifikovati ovdje u USA. Srecno! nema potrebe za verifikacijom vakcina. Sva dokumentacija koju ste predali na aerodromu prilikom dolaska je sa aerodroma vec poslana u USCIS tako da ukoliko nisi sigurna napisi propratni dokument da se obrazac sa vakcinama nalazi u dokumentaciji koja je poslana sa aerodroma i da ti nije data kopija nakon zavrsenog pregleda.
