Remember is important that he gets the vaccine to fiebre amarrilla, it is free. Does the Pettitioner have to call NVC to find out if they received the pettition or can also the Beneficiary get information about that? Because it is hard for my Fiance to get through he tried already a couple times to call them but always has to hold for too long and since he is working a lot of hours he can't really get through. Hi Everyone,   As an update, my fiance had her interview at the US Embassy yesterday morning, March 12 (Philippines).   She said it was a long wait to talk to the 1st interviewer who looked at our file and affidavit of support and asked some questions.   Then it was another long wait to talk to the 2nd interviewer (US consulate).  He also looked at our file, the pictures that were sent with the initial petition and then asked a couple of questions.   At the end of the interview, my fiance asked how everything looks and the consulate said....   "YOU ARE APPROVED."   Whooo Hoooo!!   Thank You!!!   They took my fiance's passport so they could put the visa on it and would mail it back to her.   Whoo Hooo!!   We are both pretty psyched!   Thanks to everyone on visajourney and prayers out to everyone still waiting!!     Keep your head up!   Eyes on the prize!! But it is just getting very frustrating my Fiance just spend a month here with me and our son and now he has to go back to the US again and i think it just made us realize how much we missed each other and just want that whole process to be over. But i think we are still fine it used to take so much longer until applications got approved, i am also getting frustrated from times when i see others with a later filing date get their application approved. But we don't know in which order they actually work on it and as long as i am able to be back next year i am trying not to complain. I agree that it is a pretty hard process. I used to live with my fiance in the US and i am just back since September and i miss him a lot especially with having a baby together in february it is hard to do it on my own but i believe that once we manage that situation it will make us as a couple even stronger and it proves how serious one is. Oh that is so awesome even though I know how tough it is to live those special moments far away from your loved one I hope your pregnancy goes well. I am asking because I just found out I am pregnant (9 weeks) but as we already sent the papers, we are kind of lost.. Congratulations on your Pregnancy.  Hope everything goes well with your pregnancy too. But as far as i found out you don't have to worry until the baby is born . And once it is born it is also a good idea to do the Consular Report of Birth abroad assuming you give birth outside the us you can also get the Passport and social security # for your baby done once it's born so you won't have to worry by entry to the us.  I am a November filer as well ... sent out my petition on Saturday! But I'm a special case ... I am same-sex couple filer. Just hope the process will be swift and fast. Good luck to you all! I am also hoping the process will go fast. I am a bit worried about all the papers that we will have to fill out and since i am also pregnant we will have to fill out some additional forms and i am just hoping that all works out so the forms are properly for the baby and also for me .   But besides that all should go smoothly ... hopefully.   Ideally i would like to go back to the US early late summer next year but i am not too sure if everything will be through by then. We sent in the original signed G-325 i sent it to my Fiance filled out and signed, and he filled out his forms and signed it thats how we sent it in. I also heard of people sending in copies of the form so i assume you should be fine. But i understand your worries since the day we sent out our petition i am constantly thinking about if we put everything in and if we did it right. We also forgot to add the G-1145 form so it will take longer until we know what is going on. But we all have to stay positive and just think that all will work out. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	October 2013 Filers	I'm not sure what they do, but by calling in you can ask to speak with a Tier 2 officer, which from what I've read can give you slightly more info than the regular customer service reps. I'm calling in today, so I will let you know what I hear. Are you able to submit an e-request on uscis site? I did that yesterday and got a response today! but I need to call in for further clarification. Thank you very much for the information. I checked the website and i am able to submit an e request but don't i have to wait until it passed the 5 months?? it's just 2 more weeks until it reaches the 5 months  period so i will submit the e request then and hopefully the processing is moving until then.
