K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	This Type Of Proof Of Relationship	Hello Fellow VJ ' ers ! I would like some opinions with this thought please . On Yahoo there is a part with " Conversations " that keeps a simpler view of chats . When I click on mine is says " 2749 Conversations " at " 110 Pages " . Of course that is the Total number of conversations . I printed Pages 1 , 25 , 50 , 75 , 100 and also Page 110 and that shows a synopsis of chats and a small declaration of what is in each chat and who the chat is with . It surely does not go to the beginning of our relationship because we met in August 2010 and the described pages only goes to May 2011 . My question is this : I would like opinions of if this is acceptable as proof since all of the chats show that it is with my Fiance' except ONE on page 110 , remembering that the 6 pages printed shows a line from the chats and there is 25 lines of chats per page . I do have 10 pictures of us together . All the other things like the reciept where I rented a room for a month at Her Building Of Residence , Flight Iteniary where she flew to Manila with me and reciepts where we stayed whille in Manils RE : my flight To and From U. S. / Philippines and a printout od the Thousands of phone calls that we have made in these 2 years ! I was mostly concerned about these few Chats / Mails that I have for now so I can go ahead and get this I 29 F completed and sent off and my fiance has plenty to add and I also will have more to add to the package that I send to her after I am approved . I was just concerned with those chats / E-mails because ever since I have decided to start this K-1 Visa , I have had nothing but bad luck in so many ways ! This PC is a 2003 model and I know it has been a good one but now is not the time to go crazy on me . I am curious if the 13 total chats / mails that I have may be enough evidence . I have 4 mails from the beginning of our relationship in 2010 and 3 chats from 2011 and 6 chats from 2012 and I can print some more from this month .I have had nothing but PC problems along with printer problems and just want to get the I-29 F started as soon as possible . K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Photo Requirements K-1 Visa	Thanks WrightFamily and Celeste & C for the replies . I assumed that was the case just because I know they do not have time to trim photos for everyone but was not sure to Tamper with photo ! I am getting closer to sending the I 29 F . I photocopied all of the Boarding Passes and the flight Iteninary for both of us because she met me in Manila and also accompanied me back to Manila when I left . Copied also the hotel accomodations for both of us and the Apartment Rental reciept where I stayed in the same Apartment complex as she lives in . Have already copies of MANY telephone calls using Magic Jack and also the company I use to call her when we did not have the Magic Jack . Airport Tax Reciepts and reciepts where I had to pay Immigration to stay past the 21 days . Many Reciepts !! Thanks Everyone and the Best Of Luck To All Of Us !!!! ...... Terry .........Also I just noticed that the Form G 325 a is destined to expire on August 31, 2012 !!! I am Assumimg that it will take them several days to do a new Form and that is if they do one anytime soon !!! I am listening to all opinions !!! I just noticed that my passport style photo's are measuring 3" x 4" but the image itself is the 2" x 2" that is required . My question is do I cut down the photo to the 2" x 2" that is required ? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Opinions I 29 F, Part C , Question # 2	Correct L + T because I did get a paper copy of the 1974 one but when I went to get Probation Record and of course both being Certified Copies , they said they do not have the Records for that anymore . At the beginning I mis-read the I 29F Instructions and was gettting that info but when I read again ...I did not think I needed to put YES to that question . K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Opinions I 29 F, Part C , Question # 2	Hello Everyone Again . About this Question #2 on Part C of the I 29F Application I marked " NO " because per Instructions , PAge 3 , 3a ...." Crimes relating to a controlled substance or alcohol on three or more occasions,and such crimes did not arise from a single act. ( the On Three Or More Occasions Is Underlined ). I had One Charge in 1974 and 2 charges In The Same Case in January 1991 , so this is why I put " NO " because there is only 2 Seperate Charges and none of them are Violent related . 1974 I actually should have been charged with a Misdemeanor because my Possession of 10 grams of marijuana was actually a Misdemeanor Offence but I was charged with a Felony and I plead guilty to a Misdemeanor . I look for to Opinions to this or hopefully someone already has experience with this type of situation . I am Closer TO FIling !!!! Goodluck to ALL of us ....... Well I finally mailed off our I 29 F Application to the Dallas Lockbox on the 27th ....mailed by " USPS Delivery Confirmation " . I did not know that Delivery COnfirmation is a " Priorty " Service since they do not have to sign for it . I noticed yesterday on my reciept that it IS a Priorty service . I am hoping that this is not a problem because I think all Priorty service is suppose to go to Lewisville Texas !! Any Opinions ? I wish us all here luck ......... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Question About Filing The Form I - 134	Thanks Roma Skirsky and Lynkali for your input ! I am not " comfortably " above the income bracket . Also I am employed with a Staffing Agency that has a contract with the Virginia Department Of Transportation at The East River Mountain Tunnel . My pay stubs does show ( along with my IRS 1040 for 2012 ) that I am more or less full time and actually got alot of overtime . K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Question About Filing The Form I - 134	When filing the form I - 134, Affidavit of Support , I am wondering if anyone here has not sent the letter from the bank and just sent a photocopy of the past 12 bank statements ?  Also did not send the letter from the employer but instead sent photocopy of all check stubs with photocopy of the past 2 payroll checks ? ..........Thanks ......... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Concerning Form I - 134	I work for / through a Staffing Agency and I just learned from a company rep that they usually do not do any letters concerning their employees . I am thinking of just sending the Form I - 134 to my fiance along with photocopies of all check stubs since I have been on my job since February 2012 and  IRS 1040 for a few years back and of course for Tax Year 2012 will show this job and also 2 photocopies of my last  2  payroll checks w/ a letter from me stating that I am a full time employee and the check stub will show that . If Manila Embassy does not approve of that while my Fiance is at her interview , they will just send me an RFE and not make her do interview again ....is this correct ? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	I-134, photocopy with signature only	Hello Everyone , I am the Fiance of " meandterry ".  To answer her question ......I sent to her Photocopies of Form 1040 for the following Tax Years ....2012.....2011...2010....2009....2008.....2007 and 2003 . I also sent her a Tax Transcript from the IRS for Tax Year 2011 and the letter that came with that and this is the Original . So ...in my opinion ..... the Original Letter and Tax Trancript for Tax Year 2011 along with my Photocopy of form 1040 Tax Year 2011 should prove something .
