Ours should be coming up very soon!!! That NOA2 is from TSC, you are CSC, right? "Look Here for the 12/14 noa2 from csc Dec 14 noa2" Look at the link again you will notice she has a WAC # for the case . She is a tsc to csc transfer like I am also. I have searched the timelines also but the problem is a lot of people do not update or even build a timeline for themselfs. The USCIS website shows CSC is now processing applications dated 12/31, but I believe that is incorrect. Tik goes for her medical at 8 am Thailand time on the first.. I will post up and let you guys know how it went. She has the 3 Bangkok Embassy forms and the new (not outdated one) thet came from the dept of state. The instruction provided for the police certificate in Thailand accurately reflects the police certificate situation in Thailand. (It wasn't all that long ago, 4 years maybe 5 at the most, that a police certificate was not required for Thailand because there was no such thing in Thailand.) Dennis, Great news! I'm also glad to hear they gave her a copy of the shot record. I was wondering about that. I gave Chutima two copies of the DS-3025 just in case! You must go to the location in Bangkok. Tik took her id card and pasport -2 photos and her name change documents -- Thais change their name for religious resons so if she has had a name change be sure to have her take that document also. She is healthy and has the xray and sealed envelope. we used the 3 forms from the embassy web site and the ds 2053 that was on the dept of state site. She had to have her pasport and 2 photos for the forms. They gave her the shots according to the shot record since she had no prior shot record and they made a copy of the form for shots and gave the copy to her. I was a little upset because the doctor said with one of the shots she would have to wait 6 months before she gets pregnant to insure no problems with the baby I was thinking she would be pregnant in the 1st month she came here but now we have to wait. I took a chance and of course it didn't work, so now we have to start all over again. I will have to plan a trip to Hong Kong, take more pictures and file for visa from scratch. let this be a lesson to you folks, make sure you follow all instructions and guidelines, don't be a dummy like me and try to cut corners. She got no business being approved. That was the most ignorant fu!!ing remark!!!!!! Just because she is on welfare does not mean that she is a low life or less of a human being than you are. I am on disability and have two kids, I was on welfare for 2years before I received my disability. I attend school so that I am able to get a job that my "physical situation" will allow me to support myself, my kids, and my fiance. There is no problem with a person being on welfare if it is needed. And unless you "KNOW FOR A FACT" that she is on welfare just because she does not want to work......then I suggest you shut your FU!!!! mouth. She came here to ask a question and get some advice and help, she did not come here to get knocked down and ridiculed by some AS!HOLE like you who believes all people on welfare are low lifes.
