Middle East and North Africa	qustion about k 3	hi hisham, welcome to the forum, it's very nice here with alll this very wonderful guys helping and supporting ,it's because of them me and my fiancée didn't take the k3 route but k1 which better and faster. i live in marrakesh my wife(fiancée) in georgia ,well to be honest with you have a long time to wait and alot of work to do together, collecting chats, e-mails, hopefully when she is here again take ALOT of pictures and video's if possible with family or friends....well EVERYTHING that concern you and her . the interview is such a lottery ,depends on consular's mood somthing like that ,some got 10/15 questions others got 2/3 questions,they are mostly about her name, job, times she was with you, birth date, her family, children if she has them, you should know EVERYTHING about your wife more than what you know about yourself .well you have PLENTY of time to prepare for the interview. hope very hard luck to you and your wife . carrie and simo	Zamo95	Male	Morocco	2006-02-28 18:44:00

Middle East and North Africa	medical exam	hi everybody, i would like to thank you guys everytime i have a chance to post here for all your supports and help, so am here to share some little experience about medical exam specially to ppl getting their cases apporved or having medical exams soon. before the trip to casa (if not casablankish) make sure you have : -passport -CIN (ID) -3 photos -about 1100 dh (more is preferable) you could pick one of the docs you have on the paper in pack3 i went to ZIRARI . if you decide your trip to be on train stop in casa voyageurs or casa port if it's the regular bus of course the bus station is OULAD ZIANE if CTM it's close to casa port . in all cases you just have to take a taxi to TAHA HOUCAINE STREET you pay less than 20 dh ,be there at 8:30 ,doc opens at 9. as soon as you get in you hand your passport-ID-medical exam in pack 3-tell her when your interview is. then you wait. she would send you later to a pharmacy about 100 m from her cabinet, to get 2 shots (309 dh), back to cabinet and wait again. she will call you again to send you to laboratory to have your blood taken it's right in the next floor, tell them again when your interiew is, give passport, have blood taken, get back passport with a little paper , pay 360 dh then back down to cabinet. relax in the couch to be called again this time for a little trip to ALGER for X-RAYS, take a taxi for 7 dh, give your pssport again, pay 30 dh, then down stairs waiting again, once they photograph your langues make sure you get your passport BACK before you go back to doc cabinets (because you won't get x-rays resulat before at least 1 hour) so you just pick your passport and back to doc . then be ready to meet doc for the shots ,she would check test your vision, then weight, take off your shirt lay down, answer some little questions, then look to the other part before she put 1st shot in your mussles, 2nd one in the other arm. put your shirt on and go out the girl outside will send you back to x-rays place to get results, you pay her 400 dh ,get your vaccinations worksheet duplicata with passport and ID then you are DONE with holes in your body, make sure you go to pharmacy to get aspirine to avoid the shots not to be sooo sore. i beg your pardon for my modest messy english BEST OF LUCK TO ALLL OF YOU INSHALLAH. My fiance is Turkish and will have his intrview in Ankara, but any information from other interviews is a blessing to have! We have also started practicing interview questions and I will be sure to have him read your post and we will use the questions you remembered and practice with them too. Middle East and North Africa	finally interview is over guys	yes don't panic at all about language, BUT make sure not to have e-mails or letters in other languages, i saw the CO attacked some guy in consulate as i said in my post when she saw e-mails and letters in english, he didn't listen to him when he said that he doesn't speak english, but she kept speaking to him in english, while he was trying to reply in french replying to somthing he never asked, was a real mess, he ended up telling her that they communicate in spanish, she was like WHY your e-mails in english then,he replied that he is using some translation wibesite then she was like WHY WHY ,the CO started being angry i guess, so don't make this mistake, nothing wrong with language as long as you communicate in some language and all e-mails and letters are on same language as well. as KML said the CO youngman is really nice and speaks arabic and french, the black haired lady english-french smiling , the blonde i had ENGLISH NO smile .but to be perfect don't try to be first to be interviewed, try to be one of last persons in that room.one other thing try to ask questions also, like i have phone bills wonna take a look madam/sir ? wonna see pics? may i show you our chats ? .....try to GIVE them your proofs, because for some reason they try to be at first like ummmmm, like hesitating ,you know what i mean ? the blonde didn't wonna check our phone bills i was like here madam you can see yourself how much we talk on phone....so she took them and started checking page by page .SO try to give them as much proof as you can . best of luck to everyone. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	February 2014 filers	Hey you guys, 3 weeks ago I read a post on the January filers thread that they have been contacting through e-mail these people from USCIS about the unfairness so maybe that's why they are approving them. I then contacted them and a few days later I received my NOA2 I also posted on the Dec. Thread about it and one December filer did it and also received their approvals within days! Also a November filer got approved.I don't know if it's just a coincidence. So please e-mail these people so you may receive you NOA2. I sent them an e-mail but they didn't reply but others have gotten a reply and he took a look at their case. Also contact your congressman now and don't wait. Or just Eva?       Did anyone else get multiple texts from USCIS last night?    Last one came in at 2:10 AM!  I only received 1 email at 9:15 PM.  I received 5 text messages!!! The first one at 9:15 PM, then from the same number at 10:23 PM.  Then I got 3 more from a different USCIS number 12:41 AM, 1:45 AM and 2:10 AM.       I can not get in to see what it is.  Has this happen to anyone else?? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	February 2014 filers	We had to cancel our trip (i would stil be there now and heading back home this friday). and so now we are looking to rebook end of March maybe but flights are through the roof. Flying with a lap baby is not exactly a piece of cake for me or the travelers around me.   I hope and pray that the process can get easier for me because the passed 12 days have been grueling beyond words as Ive often expressed here. lol sorry all but wow its something unexplainable.   Why cant they just allow them here on a probationary period and then if completed then the processing continues but at least we would be with our loved ones. This was is totally inhumane.       Flights are very expensive.  I have been checking late at night to see if I get lucky.  I know if in the next week they do not go down, I am going to have to bite the bullet and book my flight (time 2, my son is coming with me).  Look at the bright side, you dont have to pay for your baby till he is 2 and his dad will be here by then   .  My dates are set, my little one is on spring break Thats the only time we can go till the summer. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	February 2014 filers	Hi everyone!    My check was paid today.  I just got the email and text for the NOA1.  A tiny step closer in this long process.     Majority of the time I am optimistic and look at each day as another day closer.  I am just hoping Texas starts moving faster.  I know they had bad weather and were probably closed, but some weekend OT would be great for them to get these cranked out.  I go from one extreme of the emotional roller coaster to another.  Right now my high is that I finally sent it and its in process and my trip in April.  But I know once I get back in April I wont see him again till we have our interview.  I am a single mom and flights from Atlanta are expensive.  That thought takes me down on my roller coaster.    I am keeping my faith and hope high this time will fly and he will be here before I know it.  Hopefully we all get good news soon! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	January 2014 TSC Filers	Hi Everyone!!!!   I just received my case number from the NVC....when i check my status online, CEAC website, it says "Your case is in transit to the consular section.  Your interview date was provided to you by the nation visa center".  I get the part of "your case is in transit...."  But the NVC office did not provide me a interview date.....has anyone received a interview date from the NVC?  Kind of confused....LOL     Your consulate will provide you with an interview date after they receive your approved  case file! For more information, please contact them directly.   Does anybody know when my fiance can start calling them if they got our petition? and is it normal that is says "Department of State"?
