K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Cheap Passport Photos	Mine were 12.95 for 2 at Walmart. I took those to staples and copied a bunch for almost nothing. Cut them to 2X2. I sent all originals and mostly photocopies to the uscis.... do I need to send originals to my fiance? or will photocopies work for our interview? The uscis has a lot of our original stuff, but letters are all photocopies... Will this work for the interview too? Would appreciate any help you can give... Did send original approval gulp still nervous about sending it.... We have 200 emails and can still do more we have sent over 4000 emails to each other in the last two years and some months... We have 40 photos... a scrapebook I made him for his 26th birthday! 24 letters I think.... or more photos of the gifts he has given me...... all the gifts I have given him plus more proof train tickets, air plane tickets, resturants we ate at, places we sight see together.... Movie tickets we went tooo, Photos of me with his family.... Wedding emails too.... Will this be enough for the interview? Receipt of engagement ring.... etc.... He also is wearing his engagement ring and the necklace I gave to him? Will this be enough evidence on top of the other evidence the NVC has already asked for and what the I-129F petition require us to fill out? Everything you send in the petition you must make a copy for you and your future spouse...also with the letters and emails... Do first to last dates do two seperate piles one for your fiance and one for you...Did you get the information where you have to put tabs on the file...Not on the side either... but on the bottom so they can flip over to it very easily.... For every new topic make sure you have a cover page... Did you remember the cover letter. and also the letter of how you met in person and how you met for the first time......? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Interesting	Thank you for the post my Fiance and I were most interested in how the processing case works... Uscis and NVC are just people like you and me trying to make a living..if it is true that they only can do 32 petitions every 8 hours... Thats a lot of petitions left who knows how many flood the offices everyday... I understand why they make this process so hard and long...Because if you truly love each other then you will work through this huge waiting period but, there are some out there who just want to file petitions here for a while in the USA they were having problems with men bringing girls over on A I-129F only to use them as prostitutes...SO now they are cracking down on it to make sure for the foreigner and the USA Citizen that they have safety in knowing that they love each other. Unfortunatly there are still some that come in under fasle pretense. Like the post the other day about the guy finding out his fiancee had another guy over here. But the USA Government is trying to bring safety to our Country and Rest assured I bet some that work in that office also have foreigners as wives or even husbands...... Luckily we do have chat rooms like this to help support each other in this process. And just think if all USA citizens had to do what we are doing now the divorce rate would be fallen at a fast rate. Because after you make it through all the loops then you two always will remember how far you two have come. I know it is teaching me a lot on patience... and to really appreciate every little thing my Fiance does... also shows how much love we have for each other...Its easy to Say I love you but to say it and mean it wow that blows my mind!
