Just watch though, when that happens, they will change the amount of time you have to wait before they can do anything...like you will have to wait 12 months. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	USCIS Slowing Down??	Ok...maybe it's nothing but..... but in this "waiting" for NOA2 mode, I been going crazy watching my projected timeline and Igor's list.... both are moving targets and seem to change several times a day. But in the past week, I've watched my projected adjudication start dates change from April 22 to April 30..... That's another possible week delay. Is this a sign that USCIS is beginning to slow down a little?? Is the Haiti crisis starting to snag resources? And...... am I the only one that looks at my USCIS online status at least 5 times a day???? I have email and txt msg updates too....but haven't been so lucky yet to receive anything. The timeline projections on VJ are guesses based on people filing out their respective timelines. They may provide a reasonable guess or they may be off; there are many variables that influence the process. We are also waiting for our NOA2 for our CR1 and I check daily. Obsessing doesn't influence the immigration process but really promotes the insanity !! You're on track as are all of us... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NOA2 Approval	I've heard someone got their NOA2 in 32 days. Did anyone else get theirs in the approximate time? Ours took 76 days - some that filed after us ie NOA1 got approved before us. I think the record thus far on VJ is 9 days and I believe it was Malrothien....I may have errored in the spelling. There are so many variables, many of which we know nothing about. Try not to apply logic because if falls away pretty fast. It's a process. I know when you get the paperwork from USICS it says that petitions are approved in the order they are received but that's probably unlikely. I want to add that we were applying for a CR1 visa and the I 130 petition, not the K1 and I 129 as in your case. Just kidding guys...this is really like a fn lottery. So amazing how Jan filers get theirs and Nov filers still waiting... and we pay good money for this entertainment!!
