K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	computer problems filling out forms	check and make sure you don't have any spysbots or even virsuses that are harming your computer..there are two places to go get the forms here or the place I first oringinal used is ***removed*** My computer was not opening up PDF files because some how I got a spybot on my computer so make sure you don't have the same problem good luck in everything... Has anyone ever been touched on Saturday? AJ1 I was touch on a saturday once so I know it happens.... Hey sorry everyone I put them in columes but it will not work so when you read you have to read one row all the way down then go to next row...SOrry for the inconvenince Police Certificates are not availiable for these countries.... Afghanistan, Ghana, Libya, Somalia, Venezuela Angola, Guatemala, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Vietnam Azerbiajan, Haiti, Mexico, Sudan, Bangladesh, Honduras, Mongolia, Syria, Bulgaria, Indonesia, Nepal, Tajikistan, Cambodia, Iran, Nicaragua, Thailand, Chad, Iraq, Pakistan, Turkery, Colombia, Kazakhstan, Saudia Arabia, USA, Equatorial Guinea, Laos, Sierra Leone, Uzbekistan, You have to be Physical Present in these countries to get your police certificate and you have to apply in person: Belarus, Comoros, Kuwait, Rwanda, Brazil, Cuba, Lebanon, Suriname, Chile, Ethiopia, Paraguay, Ukraine, Only through the US Embassy or Consulate Contact the American Consular Office if you currently are, or have been a resident of these countries: Bermuda Brunei Korea Netherlands IF your country was not mention in here then you will be able to get your police certificate, without using one of these methods... I am not an immigration officier so if your country is mention please check with your embassy website... I however did get this information off a official K1 - K3 website.... (Phone Number; Include Country, City and Area Codes) I don't imagine it makes a difference if its a cell phone or her land line to the address she used correct? 18. Has your fiancé(e) met and seen you within the two-year period immediately preceding the filing of this petition? Describe the circumstances under which you met. If you have not personally met each other, explain how the relationship was established. Explain also in detail any reasons you may have for requesting that the requirement that you and your fiancé(e) must have met should not apply to you. Not sure what they are asking here. I was just over there to see her last month and will be going back towards the end of the year and again in March. So yes I have met and seen her within a two-year period. Are they asking for more details than this? 19. Your fiancé(e) will apply for a visa abroad at the American embassy or consulate at: Not sure the location she would apply at for this one. I'm about to send in my first packet in a couple of days. I don't think we need to submit a copy of our fiance's passport, birth certificate with the first set of papers, do we? I think this stuff is needed later on in the process, am I right? You are right they are not needed in the first part of the packet sending off. I just want to have her start gathering the other documents we are going to need so we are not held up waiting on that part of it. Same goes for the letter of intent to marry, do I need to include an original signed document or would a faxed document work? I don't need any other documents from her during this part of the process right? What documents should I have her begin collecting for later on in the process? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	The new over 100 topic.	I count 160 days for me (March 22nd, they received RFI 8/2, last touch 8/7). I contacted my Senator a while ago and have sent emails to his office every other week or so informing them of current status (or lack thereof). One of them, I was told, was forwarded on to their contact at the USCIS/CSC on August 11th. I was told they allow 30 business days for a response (that's 42 days to me and you). Since then, I been copying the statistics posted in these general discussions into emails and forwarding them on in hopes of illustrating the inefficacy of the CSC and the imparity of this system. So far, I've yet to receive any response. So I just keep sending them. I guess I should allow 30 business days but I think I've been more than patient already. That really helps!! There are many reasons why one may become in arrears (intentional or unavoidable). Extensive acrimonious litigation is certaily one of them. It is called bitterness - similar to some of the writings I read in this post. The altruistic child care act has been abused at all levels by many on both sides, and by both genders. And NO it does not impact the spouses financial or assets portfolio provided it is in their own name My fiance has the same morals as I do. He takes care of his children, he has custody of his son. It is important you know why he is not paying. I can't see any good reason. What if you have a child and end up apart? Will he be responsible for that child?
