K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	May 2007 K-1 filers	Hello Everyone, I just wanted to say that CSC is not sending out any information as far as touches or even approvals of applications for the K-1 visa. Why is this? I received my NOA1 on May 24, 2007 and the last time it was touched was May 30,2007 when someone put it in a stack or on a shelf somewhere. I've been tracking a majority of the V.J members that have the similar timeline as myself and their not getting touches or approvals either. Maybe I'm being a little impatient but it's been over 3 months. How hard is it to look at paperwork of two people that are and is very obviously in love but can't do anything but wait and wonder when someone is going to get off break and do some work. I read recently that all the service centers were going digital and updating their systems to be more customer friendly by making the process more streamline. Looks to me like a steamroller instead of streamlined. SLOW!!! I know Rome wasn't built in a day nor was Adam granted Eve on the first day. Just looking for a little support and encouragement to give to my finacee when she cries. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Address	Hey Eric, I don't know why you didn't get a reply form someone here on this subject. I ran into the same problem with my fiancee. She had moved from her house because of some family problems and moved in with friends of her church. As you we were worried, not only with packet 3 but with packet 4and delivery of the visa. I'm not sure of your time line with med exam and interview but I would request a early med exam and get packet 3 from the clinic. I would also suggest that you type up a letter stating the change in her address and fax it signed by you the petitioner to your fiancee's embassy. I would call them and let the immigrations unit at the embassy know of the change to her address and who to address the letter to. I hope this information helps you. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	June and July filers - NVC to Interview	Hello Everyone,, just an update Yahhhhhhhhh!!!!!! Medical scheduled for Dec 27,2007,,,,,,,,,,Interview January 9,2008..... Hope everyone is getting good news today. The way I found out about this information was I went to the embassy site in Manila and checked the visa appointment schedule and there it was. Man, this is such a fantistic feeling to finally know about when I will see my Mercy again. I will be flying over there to be with her during the interview. Wow!!!!!! on cloud nine and reaching for the Heavens to shake our God's hand.....Thank you God, your son and the holy spirit for giving us the patience and strength to withstand this past months cause without him and our friends here in VisaJourney as support, all of this would not be possible. It stated that on Oct 26th, my case had been forwarded to NVC. I will believe it when I see the email from NVC stating such and that our case is on it's way to Manila. I just hope we are together by Christmas but it's not looking that way due to the backlog of NOA2's from the service centers. Can't they just do their jobs right? I'm a federal government employee but I have never seen such incompetence. I just hope for us waiting for them to send these cases to NVC hear some positive news this week. Chow!! I called USCIS service center a week ago and was given the same old line,, "still within the normal processing times" Got to love the Government when they can approve a green card to a immigrant worker in as little as a month and we are sitting here on our thumbs patiently waiting to get our loves ones here. I called the NVC and the representative told me its $100, I believe her - Len is confused because many locals have told him differently. I told him to go with the information from the representative from NVC. Can anyone tell me the process and the amount they paid and where they paid the fee?
