IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresI-130/1-129F HELP!!!

I think once you were registered as I-130 petitioner USCIS won't let you to register  I-129. In addition, you should get approval within 60 after having been transferred to the service center. Hold on, be strong smile.png

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresWTF?!

K1 is almost always processed faster than CR1... This is because the CR1 visa results in an automatic green card upon entry, thus criminal and background checks are done prior to entry, whereas, k1 visas require the applicant to file for Adjustment of Status (AOS) after they arrive and marry and these checks are done at that time..

Thank you! Now it's at least a bit more understandable.

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresWTF?!

Has anybody got this weird feeling that K1 petions are reviewed and approved quicker and with less processing troubles than IR-1/ CR-1? What the hell?! We're legally married and what?!  Don't we have a little bit more legal rights to get processed quicker? We're actual families not fiancees!

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Proceduressituation in Ukraine..

I would also recommened to get the process started to and ask for an expedite. When asking for an expedite choose the reason carefully. The person who your husband is going to contact in the USCIS should help you with it. The wrong reason or the reason which is not strong enough will lead to the denial of an expedite.

They are actually working on your case... I think your case might be approved soon

Weeeeeell, don't get too excited. It's a standard letter. It just says that your case has safely arrived to the USCIS office and is being processed there. That's it.
