Philippines	My wonderful medical experience at SLEC - Dec 12 and 13, 2007	Congratulations. I enjoyed reading it. LOL I remembered my medical exam. I even asked the kuya there in the US counter for picture taking if I am allowed to smile. lol He said yes too. That was funny. Oh by the way, the plastic holders are only P35 last Oct. Hehehe. Philippines	St. Luke's Examination -- What if she's having her period?	I agree with rip44. Go for an early medical. They need to get a urine sample for her but they wont see the accurate result if she have her period. Philippines	Bringing Cell Phone to USEM?	They let me checked in my phone at the counter where they are scanning my stuff and gave me a number but all the people outside said that because I am with my husband who is a USC thats why they allowed it. Those bystanders are convincing people who are trying to come inside that let them handle their cellphone for USEM are not allowing it. They actually had a fight with one girl who just came out from the embassy premises and advised the girl that she can leave it in the counter coz those people can steal it. They argued. Hehehe. Philippines	One-Way Ticket for USC?	My husband was with me on my interview too. He booked a flight from a travel agent. Round trip for him and of course a one way for me. It is risky to book a flight when u still don't have the visa but of course we take the risk. Round trip flights are a lot more cheaper than one way. Just have a time management for the whole trip. THis also happened to at least one other person on the forum. When my wife called the medical center and explained what had happened, they told her not to worry, just come in anytime prior to 1 week before interview and to bring the appointment letter. So, if this happens to you, no need to panic. Same as mine but I just ignored it..I don't even bother to call them..lol Coz for sure they will tell me to go there a week prior to my interview wherein I can go there a month before.. We haven't had that docs verification fee on our batch..I dont understand why do they need that..lol They release visa as fast as they can and for as long as the applicant dont have any problem with the documents submitted..If so, then they need to have some review and of course will cause some delays.. Philippines	CFO Questions	hi, i will attend my cfo seminar soon. im just worried about the things I have to bring on that day. on the website, there's a list that say I have to bring the following; link Counseling Requirements for Filipino Spouses and Other Partners of Foreign Nationals Two (2) valid identification cards (IDs) with photograph; Duly completed guidance and counseling form; - what's this? is this the form they give upon registration? ~ They will let u accomplish this form when u get there..Dont worry about it..lol Other documents as may be required by the counselors; and - what do you think are these documents? ~ They asked for my husband's divorce decree..Some asked for pictures for proofs.. Payment of P250.00 counseling fee. Registration Requirements for Filipino Spouses and Other Partners of Foreign Nationals Original Passport; Original and photocopy of visa; Original and photocopy of Immigrant Data Summary for US bound - what's this? where can i get this one? ~ When they deliver your visa, there is this yellow sealed envelope (that you are not allowed to open, your POE will be the one who will handle it) and there's a Data summary inside..It will be place on which you can photocopy it without opening..CFO will asked for it.. Original CFO guidance and counseling certificate; Duly completed emigrant registration form; and - what's this? where can i get this one? ~ Same as the other one, they will provide it for u and just need to fill it up.. Philippines	St. Lukes Medical Fees	She have to pay the fee on the day that she will take the medical exam..When I had my medical it was $145 and needed to pay it in peso whatever exchange rate is, I dont know if they increase or what..Good luck..
