IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Aug 2013 I-130 filers	I called three times a week since I sent my I-130!i always get called back lol I heard not to have them call back because they don't call..lol...im batting a 1000 today I guess.  Its too late now, im on hold.  Doesn't give me that option again I suppose.   I meant...when it asked if I wanted a call back I chose to stay on hold. obviously big mistake , now I have nothing.     Try to calm down Lisa......you will get your bp up.   Maybe tomorrow or by Monday.  I didn't get a transfer yet either.  I don't know how you have managed to handle all this so far but stay strong. I think I need to just stay off this site for a bit...and uscis site especially.  Everyone is right.  I don't have it in me right now. I can't handle this anymore.  Their ridiculous unprofessional unorganized chaos is going to break me.  I just can't do it. I totally congratulate everyone that got transferred today.  I wish everyone luck who hasn't been transferred.  I'll come back and check on everyone when I can stay calm.  I just can't now.  Good luck everyone. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Aug 2013 I-130 filers	We don't.    We randomly enter combinations (in a serial order that is consecutive to the receipts of VJ filers who were transferred recently)  and expect to hit i-130 petitions.   Receipt numbers are randomly assigned and we often find "batches" of i-130 petitions.   Again this is not perfect. We don't know if we necessarily intercept spousal i-130s. It could be adopted children, parents etc.    Please give me any good reason that everyone before me and after me are transferred today.  Im gonna have a heart attack.  I smell an RFE coming.  Either that, or I was right about not being able to see my status even if I get transferred because my case was never entered, like we talked about before. ugh...lord help me get through this! IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Aug 2013 I-130 filers	I cannot even begin to comprehend about how to comfort you.    The NBC where I files are at the moment plus TSC, CSC and Nebraska are all not affected by North east weather.   I really do hope that they keep working so we can join in the fun with ALL of July's filers.      me either..lol...my husband gets so upset at me cuz "its not good for the baby"...I have my ups and downs ....just hard...im still hopeful don't get me wrong.   Dude.. all the way upto MSC1391607224 are transferred..   Although, July has 31 days I got nothing yet but that numbers about 2441 before me.   yes I counted....maybe i'll have it by Friday...I can only imagine how many august 1st there are alone.  Im just worried about getting an RFE at this point lol   Let me add....I love you guys lmfao.....makes everything at least even reading everything on here. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Aug 2013 I-130 filers	5 months, 19 days, a million tears, even double kicks that he can not witness, at least 20 doctors appointments he missed, 7 ultrasounds, 100's of opportunities to hold his wife while feeling the effects of their unborn child, over 170 days of wishful thinking.....more than 4 lives, in the hands of this lovely government system, that wouldn't and couldn't go a few days If any without their family.  My heart is slowly breaking and Im definitely losing hope, while my husband still remains optimistic that he will see his son born "si Dios quieres"...sigh.  I don't have his faith I guess.  Everything here in the East is opening or opening late. Your I-129K filing info comes up although the I-130 doesn't, so I'm guessing it's something to do with having both. Maybe Igor's list only recognizes one or the other. I think that's worth asking the mods about.   I have both..check mine to see if its the same?  Or is he talking about the list that Aditya has been keeping track of?? This is his first..and as far as my opinion right now, I dont plan to have more. So for him not to witness his only baby boys birth breaks my heart. I will obviously record what I can and attempt skype or something. But its not the same. And the wifi at the hospital SUCKS lol heres to hoping for some relief for some of us next week!!! IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Aug 2013 I-130 filers	I wish my husband could visit here   After studying on VJ, stories of members that got denied at POE, and also seeing at work people that have been sent back (I work for an airline at ATH airport) and talking to them, there are two major factors that play a role in if you will get denied or not.   1. If you have a job in your country of residence or not, and 2. The length of your previous visits and the frequency of them.   For example, entering for 90 days, leaving the US for 3 months and trying to re-enter again. That starts to raise warning bells for the CBP.   I know that the fact that I work for the airline I fly into the US with helps, I wouldnt be entitled to their free tickets if i didn't and CBP officers know this. Also I think it helps that in the 2 years I have been flying back and forth, the total amount of days I have stayed in the US have not exceeded 100 days.   Of course, that doesn't mean that every time I try to enter I wont be pulled into a secondary interview, but I have enough evidence that I think I could convince the CBP officer that I am in no way intending on staying.   Fingers crossed for this time around! But Im going to run it down otherwise none of this makes sense and then ya'll will look at me like I have 5 heads...although some days I feel like I do anyway so LOOK AWAY!    Obviously I'm pregnant and antsy...and while I KNOW anything these people say as of recent means nothing and I take it all with a grain of salt...I still feel the need to email, write, call whoever I can.   To start...I called USCIS tier 1: We dont have your petition here.  Once you get your NOA1 its at that moment out of our hands"  (SUCH BOLOGNA!!) Call USCIS tier 2, and say what tier 1 said.  Also that I know this not to be true, because if it was in the hands of NVC i would already have an NOA2!: HE SAYS:  Well let me look blah blah.....ok yes.  it's not here...(and the rest of the ####### line that tier 1 gave me...useless big balls of useless information!)   Someone suggested I email the embassy in Santo Domingo and my congresswoman.  I did both..around Dec 18 (ish) No response yet from Congress.  Big help since its almost been a month..theyre SOOOOO concerned! But from Santo Domingo after asking for my husbands full name,  I received the following response:   Good morning,   Thank you for the information.   We regret to inform you that the case hasn?t been received by us yet. It is possible that it was sent to the National Visa Center, reason why it is no longer at USCIS.   Please contact the NVC, nvcinquiry@state.gov in order to find out the current status of your case.  It does happen that when the case is being transfer it doesn?t appear in the systems right away.   Do not hesitate to contact us for further follow up.   Kind regards,   MRH Centro Consular de Atención al Cliente Embajada de los Estados Unidos, Santo Domingo Bureau of Consular Affairs, ensuring "Secure Borders, Open Doors"   Ok...PERFECTLY fine..perfectly acceptable response.  Very quick. Very nice. I left it at that.  I felt that was fine and had nothing else to say.  I didn't email back..nada!  (Remember this fact in a few minutes)   Listened to them...emailed NVC, and received the following from them..:   Dear Sir/Madam:   The National Visa Center (NVC) received your inquiry regarding the immigrant visa petition: MSCxxxx.   Please send a copy of the petition's original approval notice (Form I-171 or Form I-797) and the petitioner's current address tonvcinquiry@state.gov or to the address below, so we may update our records.   National Visa Center ATTN: WC 31 Rochester Avenue, Suite 200 Portsmouth, NH  03801-2915     Case Number:                  MSCxxxx/MSCxxxxx   Roz   National Visa Center Written Inquiry Unit Serco Inc, Support Contractor   So I scanned the noa1 and sent them my name and address (as if it wasn't already on the noa1??  ugh)....never received another response from them yet.  Big joke lol      Today...all of a sudden out of the clear blue sky....I got a random weird email ....AGAIN from Santo Domingo.  Referring the SAME email I sent them weeks ago, that I already was satisfied with their response from.  Mind you, this is two weeks since I have sent asked anything to these people.  This is the email.   Good morning,   Thank you for your message.  Please be advised that your I-130 petition is not misplaced, the petition is being processed.  However, this process can take some time.  If you do not hear from us in the next 30 days do not hesitate to contact us.   If we can be of further assistance don't hesitate to contact us.   Sincerely,   WHAT THE HECK IS THAT ABOUT?   For ONE thing, although I love getting SOMETHING from these people...i didn't ask again???? For another thing....if you say in the first email..."we regret to inform you"....or.."it is POSSIBLE" etc etc etc....Then youre plainly admitting you have NO idea where my stuff is and ITS NOT WITH YOU....right????  That was MY first impression.   Now theyre telling me they know its not misplaced and being processed??  HOW do you know?  What's the 30 day #######?   Sorry I went so long with this but I wanted to just explain from start to finish so there wouldnt be so much questioning in the end. end rant  Soooooo...how was everyone's day?? That didn't happen.. and it isnt likely to happen..    Im leaving in a week and a half to visit my husband in the US for 12 days. I will probably come back and still be waiting to see a transfer!!
