IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	February 2013 I-130 Filers	They do provide the best customer service ever existed: confusion, misinformation, panic, misleading and the list can go on forever. I was so confused and then made and infoPass appt. and was told that my file is most likely be getting processed at NBC not at local field office (I am not an overseas filer).  I also made a thread: http://www.visajourn...3-i-am-puzzled/ Mine will be fully 5 months on the 22nd here, I'm just as puzzled as you on the whole thing, I read your thread and that's what's been happening to me. Seems like they enjot jerking us around in all directions. These Tier 2 specialists don't care, and I truly believe we are all just a number to them. I haven't seen my husband in 5 months, don't know how much longer it'll be, and they don't care or try to understand. That's why I'm frustrated. At least be consistent with what you say. It's not alright for them to jerk us around like this. I know everyone's case is different. It depends on their case load and whatnot and all of these other factors they don't want to share with us. Who knows, but they really don't care to help us or ease our minds. This has got to be one of the toughest things to deal with. Hope you are having some better luck with this whole thing. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	February 2013 I-130 Filers	I called USCIS the other day, spoke with a Tier 2 specialist (5th time so far), started to tell me that I was transferred to a local office, then stated that nope that wasn't the case. Has anyone else had any experiences like this where you get a different answer every time. I'm beyond just irritated and stressed about this whole process. Interview scheduling should start about the 28th for March hopefully you will get a slot.   The letter is the case complete letter it comes 1 week after case complete. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	February 2014 Interviews	I called NVC yesterday to also hopefully get an interview letter, and they told me nothing yet. However, contrary to what we've been saying here they told me that visa interview scheduling is an ongoing process and doesn't stop. I still know it's embassy specific, and I guess the embassy in Sarajevo hasn't came back to NVC with a date yet. I literally felt like I was punched in the throat last night after she told me, nope still nothing.
