K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	New to Processing K-1 Pls advice	Hi..first of all Im Mr.Grey..I am new in processing of K-1..just wanted to get any information how to start the procedure of submitting I-129f. According to some of the people I talked I must file the application I-129f and G-325A Biographic information to USCIS and pay the fees of $455..My question is,, what are the other document that i need to include? Do I need to include all the affidavit of support or later when they ask to send it? Im kinda confused if I need it to attached in I-129f or later... Regarding the biographic information...G-325A...do I need to sumbit both me and my foreign fiancee or just my own Biographic info..Pls advice if anyone knows about it..as I wanted to submit application, not sure of the exact way to do..waiting for anyone who can advice. I just have a simple question about the personal letter that me and my fiancee exchange since we met..I know its sounded like a stupid question..but just like other member doesn't want to have a mistake of sending a papers. So here is my question...email you can print it easy and copy but how about the personal letter do i need to include this in original with envelope with the stamp on it..or just make a copy of it...as I want to keep those personal letter from my fiancee not sure if i send the original and would not return it to me? The total deposits for the past year are XXXXXX. The current balance is XXXXXX. This information took me awhile to find... You've located the Poverty Guidelines now here is the I-134 instructions... http://www.uscis.gov.../i-134instr.pdf You may need three years of tax returns depending on which consulate it is. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Bank Statement..	$10,000 USD in the bank????????? Never heard that one before. If it were true I don't think too many visas would be issued! You need to meet the poverty guidelines established in I-864P as posted on the USCIS web site. If your income falls short then you must have qualified and accesable assets to meet the difference in shortfall (there is a multiplier involved when using assets too). I'm not to well versed in explaining how the assests thing works. I can tell you that I certainly did not have 10,000 USD in my bank account though (maybe 3,000) however my income is approx 3x the required poverty level established. The ability to early track will depend on who your issuer was... however most do not have a tracking system... you simply call them... hit or miss if they can give you the answer. That is why a personal check is the payment method of choice if you want to know anything before the NOA Ok then maybe I could just wait for the NOA1..anyway I haven't heard anything about my packet I just checked the confirmation that someone signed by for M. On July 7, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283. DOES IT REALLY MEAN WHAT IT SAYS! IS THIS NOA2???? WHY SO SOOON? OMG SO MUCH TO DO AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH IM FREAKING OUT NOW! I had an annulment and I attached a copy of the annulment papers I received from the court to the I-130, so yes they need to know that all past marraiges have been legally terminated. I believe its just a copy. How about the other form? like i-129f and g325 and letter of intent to marry..i know it needs to send it original and signed..so how many copies need to provide?..oppsss sorry so many question but i could trust people from here..and I almost done my packet just want to make sure how many copies..thanks a lot anyway..to all.. I was divorced as well and when I sent my packet in I only used a copy of my divorce certificate. When I send my packet to Malaysia I will be including a certified copy that I was able to obtain from my local office for under $20 and it only took a couple of minutes. I had no RFE and so far everything has gone smoothly, but for peace of mind, knowing that you can optain certified copies without any real issues maybe grabbing one ahead of time wouldn't be so bad. This is a good timing I have the same question but mine is opposite my fiancee been but she has her final decree of annulment so it must send the original? and photocopies i guess...but how many copies of each document we should submit? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Need help, Philippine Fiancee last name spelling error on her birth certificate, was never corrected	Her last name was spelled incorrectly on her birth certificate and was never corrected. It was spelled with a "i" in her last name when it should have been a "e". Her passport all all her documents have the spelling with the "i" in the last name. She need to file a petition for correction of clerical error in the birth certificate. Like my fiancee she also from Philippines her mothers name also put incorrectly as in a different name... name of her grandmother was written in her birth certificate..but glad she made it corrected..but it took 6 months to process well it depends on the case her case was a bit longer but your fiance maybe just easy to fix because it just one letter. I do not call my fiancee too really! we dont have any phone calls as we used to voice chat in yahoo at least twice a day..so i only have long call history but cant find how to print it there is no feature that you can print it out...I can't copy and paste either it doesn't work..so I took a snap shot using a digital camera and print it i didn't know if that will be ok as it was very clear when i got to printed it...Regarding chat logs I set the preference to save all the message in archieve so its easy to find if you want to print out... I mailed all documents to my fiance (in the Philippines) that she needs for interview through USPS express mail but they returned it to me after five days and it was all opened to my shock and some important items are missing like my iteneraries, original copies of plane tickets, hotel reciepts, boarding pass, letters and cards she sent me, receipt of engagement ring etc. what's left to me now are the only copies of these, but im still confuse what to do and how to retrieve this items, Im really hoping they haven't destroyed it or something like that... and by the way this package was not able to leave the country then it was returned to me. also can i still used or show the copy that i made for her interview? I am hoping my package still complete when i get to pick up tomorrow..wow that was crazy lost your document..I have to to talk to the USPS too why my package returned also.. Just wondering how they will react if they read my Finalization of my annulment. Especially if they see the reason Psychological Incapacitated and knowing my X is the one who filed the annulment because I cant help him during the time we want the annulment materialize ( I have monetary problem that time). Well, as you know most of the annulment here in the Philippines is can be arrange (pre-paid) of course the other should "look so bad" so that it can be believable. So this one thing makes me disturb most of the time. Anyone here have the same experience like mine? Can share it to me. or Pm me. Any replies I will greatly appreciated THANK YOU. My fiancee annulled also in Philippines I do not have a problem filing it we appoved in 142 days and now she is waiting for her medical on the 7th of february and the interview on the 25th of feb.. we are hoping for the best result..just stay possitive.. and read more here in the forum you will learn a lot. I was reading that she may need a Certificate Of No Marriage from the Filipines for the interview, is this still true if she doesnt even live in the Philippines, will she really need one for her interview at the U.S embassy in Jamaica. Just FYI she works and lives in the Cayman Islands thats why her her interview will be in Jamaica. My fiancee from Philippines also but living and working in Macau for over 15 yrs..we got delayed for her interview because we did not request a CENOMAR..she supposed to be january interview then she scheduled feb 25th.. after the US consulate in HK received her Cenomar..We requested it online and e-census sent it directly to the USEmbassy.
