IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Why it takes so long for NVC to receive petition from USCIS	Everyone's case is different, 2 months and still waiting for a our petition to arrive at NVC approved on May 31st. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	MEMPHIS APPROVED BUT STILL NOT AT NVC	there is quite a bit of info on this delay out there.... try the advanced search tool and look up nrc or national records center. you can check darnell's about me page also for more info.. plenty of folks delayed from uscis to nvc... longest I have seen was 90 day delay Aisha& Wajid... you two are in a totally different situation   Stevie, I read your about me, can  you please provide the emails for Donald Neufeld and Robert Cowan? I have not been able to find them online. Our petition was approved on May 31st and it has yet to reach NVC. I have opened two service request with USCIS in which they state they have sent the petition to NVC. I am currently waiting a response from Barbara Boxers office but I don't know what else to do.
