My case on the USCIS website still says "initial review". The letter was from the Texas Service Center. The Notice Date is November 23, 2010........wonder why I got touched on the 24th and 26th? Now on to the NVC stage. Thank God, and hoping all June and July filers receive their approvals THIS WEEK!!! Congrats!!! It seems to me that July fillers will hear good things this week. I think 1) start calling to this 800 number until they place service request 2) then contact senator, seems that my congressmen doesnt handle uscis issues. what the right time to contact senator? should I wait couple days after service request? 3) write e-mail direct to TSC, probably they answer something. My biggest worry is that our case wasnt touched since July even when was transferred to TSC so "they might lost it" always comes to mind I am wondering maybe write mail to TSC right now at least to confirm that case is there or it is waste of time and just wait 2 weeks and then start from point 1. Sorry for mess. it is only what i can think right now. What is going on there????? Timol, since you have the transfer notice you can be shore that your case is not lost and is at TSC . We also have NOA1 19 July and one update on web site in August but this is due to the fact that we have sent later the papers for K3 visa. Chicago Lockbox is the address to send the I-130 petition and they route it to the Service center based on their own criteria. 2 years back, it was not the case. Chicago Lockbox used to route to the proper Service center of the petitioner's state of living. For example, if the petitioner lived in the East Coast, it would have reached VSC. Similarly, west coast people's petitions used to go to CSC. Now it is not the case. Loto July fillers that have been transferred to TSC you can check on Igor's list, they have updated TSC not only CSC and VSC. I check this site a million times a day in hopes that someone at TSC got approved. I am preparing for the day when I have to complain USCIS and my senator. I am hoping it will not come to this. The expedite request was approved and my wife's I-130 is on an adjudicator's desk right now. The agent I spoke with stated that a notice was sent to me on Monday advising me of the approval of expedite. Now if I can get my wife and son home by Christmas.......................
