Is hard to believe anything after this big mess. Until my NOA2 will be in my hand I will not believe nothing :bonk: :bonk: We have the chance to have our papers in hands of professionals at CSC and this give us hope. The last notice from TSC was with wrong name on it , and they are professionals?

For those of you getting email alerts whenever a post in this thread, I can hear you know, "Damn that SqdnGuns, not again!!"

Well, my persistence paid off, I just got an email from the Director of the Texas Service Center, this is a reply to one that I sent to her 20 minutes before getting this reply.

Mr. Grant,

Thank you for your email. I had received one over the weekend from you and your case was approved this morning. You should be able to see it on the case status online tomorrow or Wednesday. I would have to agree with you that the process was temporarily broken, but we have taken steps to correct this and we will have all cases processed within the next weeks. Hopefully your future experiences with USCIS and with TSC will be more positive. My apologies for your wait, and I hope that your son recovers soon and fully.

Regards,

Angela K. Barrows

I truly hope that hey have fixed their errors for the sake of the rest of you. I am waiting to hear back from her whether our case will be expedited @ NVC and the Embassy.

Glad to hear that SqdnGuns, congratulation for your approval

Aloha,

I've been reading this forum almost everyday since the day my paperworks got transfered to Texas and I know the feeling of emptiness while waiting for the approval. Sometimes i'm mad and disappointed on how USCIS works but i can't do anything but to wait wait and wait......

Now I have good news, finally today I received an email & text from USCIS that they approved my petition (for parents from Philippines).

NOA 1 - Aug. 26
NoA 2 - Feb. 3

I'm praying that this is the start and all members here who got transfered will get their approval soon.

Mahalo!

Congrats!!!

I do not wont to disappoint you but my wife made 2 infopass and nothing serious from them. She will go on 15 also but she is 15 minutes away. But my prediction is that we will be approved until then. I trust God on this.

Thanks Theodore for the support, we have tried everything, less e-mail to TSC. Today are 15 days from our SR and we will give them a call to see an answer from them. I will update when will have the answer. Yesterday have contacted representative and she told us that we must wait 90 days starting from 4 February. Strange answer from her and nothing to do until that date according to her. :bonk: :bonk:

Ummmm, some contributors to this site have made it a mental wasteland compared to what it was just a week ago. I now have to sift through the greasy excrement to find some sanity. Someone a while back said that this site is not a normal thread because we are here just to encourage each other through this process. They were right.

well i have just called on USCIS number and stunned they are considering our cases in standarded processing time,
i guess their Customer service is doing the samething which normally CS does, lie and give maximum time to customers so they don't dare to call them back, i have also noticed that last 10 approvals we have seen here, they were all from July or Aug, filter so we can have idea now they are working on ours, as i haven't seen any September Approval or is there any?

Wednesday last week they told us that we are 28 days outside the processing time and this is so strange because we have similar NOA1 dates. We have made a SR for expedite and they told us that in 15 days they will contact us , this will be on 2.03.2011. Just waiting the day to call again but hopefully we will have the approval until then.

Some news: I just got off the phone with a Tier 2 person at USCIS...

They are now informing everyone that ALL petitions that were transferred from California to the Texas Service Center are "on hold" for 60 days beyond normal processing times. She explained that the average total time for our group will be 7 months. She seemed very aware that this was affecting a select group (namely us). No further explanation was provided.

I asked to have my petition transferred to another service center and was denied. I am calling my Congressman as I write this.

This are good news for me, we have already 6 months and 7 days and this means that in 3 weeks will be approved . But once again I really do not believe them because of the lies that they have give us so far :bonk:

Hey thanks SqdnGuns

EVERYBODY NEEDS TO E MAIL THESE PEOPLE
I already e mailed most that applied to our situation
all of the people except Mr. Tom Paar is no longer working
at this location. And also I found out the
National DHS.GOV National Operations Center at 202-282-8101.
We need to being calling here. I already have automated replies
stating they will contact me during working hours.

You can bet if we all start sending e mails and calling we maybe get some action really fast
I did alot of copy & pasting all these e mails off while most of the people in the USA were
sleeping.
I hope it benefits everybody who takes and active part of contacting these people.

GOOD LUCK ! !

Ron

Next week we will see if are some movements on TSC. It is time since we are over 6 months some over 7 months and is not possible to wait and just wait and see the September, October or even November filers approved . Is ridiculous what is happening at TSC. According with the text from Squad they are low on workers and co-workers and have plenty of job to do there, and seems to me that they are doing their best but they can't do more that they are already doing.

Good to see 3 of the TSC filers getting approved!! Congratulations Jenny, Rickey & TDIS!! New day - New hopes!! I hope there are many more approved in the coming day!!
We are waiting since 6months 5 days!!
Tina called up NCSC yesterday & guess what, they told her that we are not much outside the normal pocessing time!! Really!! I wish our turn comes sooner than later! TSC please approve us!! :( :(

They told us yesterday that we are 28 days over the processing time, but actually we are 6 months and 2 days , but I don't trust them any more because all the time you get a different answer from them. Imagine that at our info pass this Tuesday they told us that last time our case was worked on it on 13 January and that the case will be forwarded to Bucharest Embassy. :bonk: How come is possible to skip NVC? Huh... Yesterday we have made a SR to expedite our case , it was the first SR accepted by them for us, and they will contact us in 15 days and if not we must call back .

I think that 36.000 petitions are with the I129F sent together with I130(CR1/K3) and these could be less that 36.000. As me and my wife did both of them, an I assume that others made the same this means less than 36000 since the background check is only one even if are 36000 petitions

Few minutes ago we spoke with the USCIS and same answer, they are processing 16 July petitions and the fact that the approval can take up to 8 months. Also they did not opened a service request because we are in the processing time after almost 6 months from our NOA1. The transfer to supervisor was not made because they told us that we will have the same answer from them. So tired of this lies ....

This is the answer we have from the congressman forward from TSC on 01.04.2011 :
"Both of the I-129F, WACxxxxx and I-130, WACxxxxx have been received into our office. Please allow 60-90 days for processing before the individual will received a decision or other Notice of Action regarding the cases."
