IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresWaiting for NOA 2

Check here: https://egov.uscis.g...is/Dashboard.do

Or call this number: 800-375-5283

Good luck!

You must sign up, to make an account in the upper link , after that to add your NOA1. This is essential, if you like to see your updates. My advise is to contact your congressman and your senator to ask for their help. Good luck in your journey.

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresWHY USCIS isnt approving I-130 MUST READ

Im a realist not a dreamer, I understand ...but im sure a person
who wish and hopes MIRACLES come true instead of reality
there is no pressure to all this, UNLESS your fraudulently filed a false case
Be honest with yourself when it time for your approval than let the reality
come true ..not here wishen and hoping dreamin and worrying for nothing.

Really life is to short to wish and dream..LIVE LIFE and not dreams.
After your apporved than celebrate correctness. not relish dreams hoping today
comes true. Be real with your self dont live like its a lottery maybe you do maybe
you dont win. USCIS is the real truth, either your approved or denied.

If i did that in the war I would be dead, killed by the enemny.
I live for reality not some dream.

JUST MY OPINION

You make me laugh, . You are so frustrated, you are judging all the time. You speak about the reality, but please don't be UPSET for nothing. I think that in real life as you mentioned before you must be human, to be understanding,to help the others as much as you can, to have a believe. Each people have the right to an opinion and I have told you mine. By the way about the five months goal from USCIS as you have already seen in the other post's and spreadsheets a lot of people have been approve earlier than 5 months and a lot of people later, but the hope of every VJ filler is to be with the loved one asap and this is hope and also reality life.

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresWHY USCIS isnt approving I-130 MUST READ

Nobody said that csc issues VISA's. talked about all Visa's issued in month of August in total at USCIS

if TSC CSC are pulled off doing I-130 approvals I guess that will surely delay approvals

I think you are to pessimist. This in not the way to succeed in life, sorry but someone must to tell you that, because in all your posts in stead of encourage the people you try putt pressure on them. This is my honest opinion. :bonk:

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresI-130 Package Cost (UK spouse)

The new fee is $420. It used to be $355. The fee is sent in with the I-130 package to the USCIS Chicago Lockbox that corresponds to the state where the US Citizen petitioner lives.

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresReceived I -797. Now what

Hi

I am a US citizen and received I-797, Notice of action stating that my i-130 for my husband has been approved. The Notice date is as of November 23,2010. I haven't heard anything back after that.

1. At this point, do I do anything or just wait? I know I have to send the DS 3032 form. But does the NVC send it to me firt, and I fill it up and send it back? not hearing anyhtng from them is kinda making me nervous.

2. Also, can i do anything in the meantime to save time? My husband is in india and I am here.

Any comments are appreciated.

Thanks!

Congratulations to Foreverandever and xelance!! :D

So, changed the spreadsheet a bit. I took away the 'Country' column as it wasn't important. Then added a new column (right before NOA2) with date of transfer back to CSC. So far, only one person here has been transferred, but I'm sure more of you will be transferred soon as well.

I ended up messing a bit of the spreadsheet up. Some NOA1s mysteriously disappeared. Thank goodness I had a back-up! Posted Image

Anyways, hope a bucketload of approvals come in today! I want to be kept busy all day updating! :D

Thanks for the update Saylin, it seems so far that I'm the only one who got transferred back to CSC.
