What do you think our chances of having our expedite request being approved? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Military Expedite	my fiance called last wednesday to request for military expedite because he will be deploying.. the girl said she couldnt see our case so she transferred his call.. then a guy took his call and asked him about his request after he verified all his information he then transferred his call to an officer in California service center (we filed in Vermont).. then after telling the officer about his deployment he put my fiance on hold for 10 mins..then when he got back he said ur good to go buddy.. youll get an email soon from VSC..and he even gave him his direct number... i dont know what he means we are good..he didnt ask us to send anything but we are still sending the letter from his commander on monday just to make sure and if we dont hear anything next week i guess well just call the officer...	f1_gurl	Female	Philippines	2009-05-30 16:17:00

I dont know So this feels like the end but hope is a good thing (as Shawshank would say). I am giving her time. so what to do. I have more or less everything i need for the interview but dont have the heart to do it. I dont want to stop the process because if she changes her mind i cant go through this again. Its 8 months of real heartache. I want to cancel the meeting and go to the bottom of the queue, maybe 2 - 3 months later , where we can see where we are. Is this the best idea. How do i do it? He is filing a K1 visa and I am wondering where do we put the name of the child in the I-29F form? The child was born out of wedlock and didnt carry his biological's father last name... what are the child's requirements we need to submit with the initial packet? How do the adjucator know that they are also filing a k2 visa for the child?? is there a seperate form to submit with the k1 requirements? My fiance (now my wife) and her daugther entered the US with me on November 19th, 2009 with K1/K2 visas. The daugther turned 19 on November 21st. She has decided that she wants to return to Ukraine to continue her education and be with her friends. My question is, is she required to leave within 90 days of entering the US on the K2 visa and if she does or doesn't what implications will this have on possible future attempts to return to or visit the US? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	K-1/I-129F Military question	I am currently stationed in south Korea where I met my fiancé 6 months ago, I?m leaving in 4 more months to my new base in Alaska as this tour was only a 1 year long tour. we want to start the 129 and visa process while I?m still here and hopefully in 4 months it will be complete or soon to be completed, we are doing the k-1 because her school doesn?t finish until a month after I have to leave, we really don?t want to spend any more time apart then we have to. Now my question is while we were filling out the form 129 we noticed that one of the questions asked the address she will be living at once arriving in the US. I can?t answer that question because I have not left Korea yet and established one. Is it possible to just put N/A on this block and still have the form accepted? Can I put the address of the next base I?m going to in Alaska? Are there any special exceptions when filing for 129/k-1 if your active duty military? Also when we file the 129, what state office should we file it under? My next base location in Alaska where we will be living at when we get there? Or my home of record state? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	RFE on last personal meeting	After 3 months (exactly) from filling for I-129F we received a RFE on last personal meeting. We have attached initially itinerary from one of our flights together, but I guess it was not enough. Now, we have been meeting every 2 weeks, since we are about 400 miles away one of us is driving and we took a few trips together. How cab we proof this, to cross the canadian border there is no vis on our passports, and from our flights together we did not kept the tickets. Does anyone went through this and any suggestions on how to proof our meetings? What if we get denied? can we get married and then just file from US? Help....
