if the check is cashed does that mean you are on the right track and on the way to the approval...?

the way to the approval doesn't work like remove of conditional.. you need to go to interview and take a citizenship test

you will know if you are approved or not at the end of interview

what i actually meant was that if the paperwork is accepted..?of course there will be an interview soory i forgot to mention that LITTLE smile.gif detail...

US Citizenship General DiscussionN-400 - March 2009 Applicants
my money order was cashed yesterday...and i am not worrying or anything since we have a child together but i didnt really send a lot of paperwork this time other than what was required on the instructions.. i thought our sons birth certificate is the best evidence that we can submit smile.gif

did anybody have any problem like not enough evidence and turned back the application or anything like that...?

if the check is cashed does that mean you are on the right track and on the way to the approval...?

karma....

US Citizenship General Discussiontax problem for naturalization...
by the time i filled out the naturalization paperwork my taxes were not overdue so, on that question i select the answer NO and i already got the NOA 1 but till my interview it will definetly be overdue because i owe the state
$ 550 and dont have the money since INS sucked all my wallet and also will call the IRS today to ask them if i can make a monthly payments...

I was wondering if that would be a problem for me...?

also do we have to bring our spouses to the interview since my wife doesnt have any vacation days left till next year...i dont know what to do ...?

any idea...?

sigh... one more early approval from csc ...i am about to lose my mind..my friend filed his from the same state that i live and his case was transfered to csc and got his card already...

you've only been waiting 2 months -- imagine what the people feel who have been waiting up to and beyond a year!

smile.gif thats excatly my point...there are some people waiting over a year and some people 3 weeks...thats crazy u know...dont get me wrong...but when my friend ( a real friend who lives couple blocks away from my house) gets approved in 3 weeks and this is my second month....thats so not fairrrrrrr...

smile.gif and we dont even know that how longer we are going to wait...

when we look at the list it usually takes around 5 months for vsc to approve the cases (after the biometrics)...have you guys figured it out how the pile is going or what kind of working system they have...and i am just wondering that what you guys think about our chances are as a new filers since they got mine on 01-18-2008...

thanks in advance everyone... and be patient ( i guess ) smile.gif

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & ProceduresK-1 step by step for a beginner...
hey guys,

we are about to apply for a K-1 visa for my sister...but, she got rejected for a tourist visa 3 times in the past...would that effect her being approved for a k-1 visa...?

the reason she got rejected was me coming to the US on a student visa and ended up getting married....they said to my sister what if you do the same thing....by that time she just wanted to see our new born baby...that was all..

Thank you in advance for your responds,

GY...

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Proceduresrejection of previous visa...
No, she didnt lie about anything...She literally told them that she was applying for a tourist visa to see her nephew at the time ...that was all and that was 3 years ago...

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Proceduresrejection of previous visa...
Would rejection of previous tourist visa effect the K-1 visa...?

My sister applied for a tourist visa 3 years ago to see our newborn baby...and the visa officer told her that just because I came here on a student visa and got married and had my green card and citizenship...now she may do the same thing and because of that they did not issue her a tourist visa and rejected...

So, now she is going to apply for K-1 visa....

Would rejection of previous tourist visa effect the K-1 visa...?

Thanks in advance guys....
