K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	How to transfer service centers?	Do you have an option to transfer service centers? NO How do they decide when and who to transfer?   I ask because it seems that California Service Center is entirely up to date with processing their K-1 visas. It says they've processed most of January petitions, whereas TSC is still not even into December really. While most staffers at a particular US embassy/consulate are likely multilingual, the folks back in the USCIS service centers likely speak English only.    The Form I-129F instructions (Page 2) say it best:   "Translations: Any document submitted to USCIS with information in a foreign language must be accompanied by a full English translation. The translator must certify that the English language translation is complete and accurate, and that he or she is competent to translate from the foreign language into English."   http://www.uscis.gov...i-129finstr.pdf   Consider using the forum's Google search function, looking for some of the numerous forum threads that have inquired on this often-asked subject.   My wife and I had to obtain numerous officially certified/notarized/translated documents during our immigration journey. In can be an expensive and arduous process, but the end results make it all worthwhile.   ???????????(Good luck on your immigration journey.)
